Did you notice the cool nod to history with the belt's artwork? Red strap? It looks like they did a hybrid of the original red domed globe and the black version that followed. The cut of the belt matches the black version. The orginal red was much bigger and it had that red velvet covering, which according to Jerry, Jack wasn't a fan of. I think the hybrid Werner drew looks pretty cool though. |

Who’s in the HOF that have B&W cards? I do not know who is in this upcoming LOW set but I am hoping both Danny Hodge and Dick Hutton are in it. In my LOW fed's history, I renamed them as hardcore wrestlers and called them Hardcore Hodge and Hardcore Hutton and together as a tag team they were known as The Heroes of Hardcore. If it turns out that both Hodge and Hutton are part of this set, The Heroes of Hardcore will rise again and I will put them in my EAWA brand to challenge my current EAWA Tag Team Champions Vachons. |

How about a just NWA Heavyweight champions set one time ? If we can get them signed . There are many unsigned from the past ?

So not impossible to do but it would take a lot of luck and take away a lot of potential set headliners for one set.

With 10 Cards in the Set,we probably will get 4 or 5 new names(the Briscos included) and the rest B&W Guys.
Dan Severn,Frank Gotch,Danny Hodge,Jim Londos,John Pesek and William Muldoon are all possible.Or Penny Banner?
And not to forget: Ed Strangler Lewis,Dick Hutton,Bob Roop and Fritz von Goering

I think you could see some names in the December set ... Steamboat, Orndorff, Piper, Hart Foundation etc.

Buddy Rogers actually did an unauthorized switch of the NWA title to Bobo Brazil in 1962. The association came up with some pretext to refuse to recognize the switch, but some historians consider Bobo an NWA champion. Rogers was just a major headache for promoters throughout his stellar career.
