THE FEDERATION WARS SURVIVOR SERIES Knickerbocker Arena Albany, NY Nov. 24, 2120
Quarterfinals Fed Wars Survivor Series
(1) AEW - Tyler Black, Kenny Omega, Jon Moxley, Chris Hero, Claudio Castagnoli
VS.
(8 ) USWA - Johnny Valentine, Dr. X, The Patriot, Rick Rude, King Kong Bundy The USWA wrestled from behind for the majority of this match. Team AEW looked great and it certainly seemed like they were going to advance. Very early on Claudio and Hero put away Rick Rude with the Kings Reign Supreme. Johnny Valentine survived and Doctor X evened the match with the figure four on Claudio. AEW was rolling after that. Hero used a pair of Hangman's Elbows to beat Doctor X. Bobby Heenan had to get involved to keep his team from losing another man. The Patriot carried the team until Valentine's Skullcrusher beat Moxley. Team USWA made the save after a loaded elbow smash by Hero on Valentine. Omega finished off the U.S. champion Valentine (6 coins) with the V-Trigger. The Shaka Zulu of AEW, Tyler Black, took a major beating from the Patriot and Bundy. He took the Avalanche and the Patriot Missile but would not go down. A power slam from the Patriot. A Bundy splash and still no pin. Finally the Avalanche took out Black (6 coins). That made it 2 on 2. It was a long tag team battle. Hero made a save and almost won on a quick reversal. Heenan interferred after a loaded elbow on Bundy. The Patriot got the tag and pinned Omega (4 coins) with the Uncle Slam. Hero battled hard on his own. He took a lot of punishment before the Patriot Missile eliminated Hero (5 coins) and gave the USWA the victory! USWA def. AEW

THE FEDERATION WARS SURVIVOR SERIES Knickerbocker Arena Albany, NY Nov. 24, 2120
NWA WORLD JR. HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP Tiger Mask (ch) def. "Strangler" Evan Lewis A very unique contrasting styles in this one. The ultra-speed of Tiger Mask against the technical wizardy of Evan Lewis. This one was a very good, back and forth match. Tiger Mask respected the mat skills of Lewis and went to the floor a lot. Lewis had his time in control but was never able to lock on a submission hold. Tiger Mask needed the Tiger Suplex twice to put Lewis away and retain the World Jr. heavyweight championship.

His Goodnight Irene sleeper caused a pair of saves to be made for Dutch Mantell. Team Puerto Rico evened the match after the Flying Burrito by Fernandez put away Larry Hennig. Jimmy & Johnny have never held the world tag titles but they are former Intercontinental, 2-time United Staes, and 2-time All-Asia tag team champions. In fact, the Valiants only title shot they ever had was the finals of a tournament to crown the first champions which they lost to Greg & Johnny Valentine. That was almost five years ago. The Legion of Doom started building steam. The Valiants turned things around though. The Animal got hit with the Super Elbow Smash and the Valiants scored the mega upset to become the new World tag team champions! NWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP Randy Savage (ch) def.
