Dragon Pro Wrestling will have a weekly television show called "Friday Night Fire."

All Titles must be defended at least once every 30 days.

If a wrestler loses three matches in a row, they will be removed from competition and replaced.

Supercards will take place on the last Sunday of the month.

Mike Tenay and Tony Schiavone are the commentators.

Bobby "The Brain" Heenan is active Commissioner.

Friday Night Fire Episode # 01

Commentary - Mike Tenay and Tony Schiavone

 Opening Segment - Bobby "The Brain" Heenan comes out and tells everyone that tonight we will see four qualifying matches for the Dragon Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Title Tournament. He announces the first Supercard is on Sunday, January, Week 4. He then says the first match in the tournament will happen right now.

-Match # 01-  PCO defeated Jeff Cobb by pinfall at 1:49
Tokens - Jeff Cobb - 3   
PCO hit three PCO Saults but was unsuccessful in putting Jeff Cobb away.
PCO won after a 2nd Rope Legdrop!

After the bout as PCO was helping the hurt Jeff Cobb to his feet, Jeff Cobb gave him a low blow and then tossed him out the ring. He then grabbed a steel chair and waffled PCO in the back of the head, causing PCO to bleed.

Backstage Segment
We go backstage where we see "Macho Man" Randy Savage standing in front of a Dragon Pro Wrestling backdrop. He says that tonight he is going to qualify for the tournament and is going to beat Buddy Rogers. The shot then goes to the underground parking lot.

Underground Parking Lot
We go to the underground parking lot to the arena and see a black stretch limousine pull up. We see the driver get out and walk to the back door and open it. Out steps Buddy Rogers. Buddy Rogers smiles and speaks - "Randy Savage, you better be ready for tonight, because I am going to be the first Dragon Pro Wrestling World champion!" The show goes to a commercial break.

[Commercial Break]

-Match # 02 - Shane Douglas beat Steve Corino at 3:07 with a pinfall
Tokens - Steve Corino = 3 Shane Douglas = 1
Shane Douglas hit a Pittsburg Plunge to get the victory.
It was fairly one sided with Shane Douglas getting most of the offense.

Backstage Segment
"The Retrosexual" Anthony Greene is standing in front of a Dragon Pro Wrestling backdrop. He says that he will be the first Dragon Pro Television champion. He says that he is the best wrestler in the company and will stop at nothing to get the championship.

-Match # 03- Vampiro beat Eddie Gilbert at 1:48 by pinfall
Tokens - Eddie Gilbert = 1
Vampiro hit "Final Nail in the Coffin" twice to get the victory.
After the bout, Eddie Gilbert threw a fireball in Vampiro's face. Vampiro needed help to be brought to the backstage area.

[Commercial Break.] 

-Match # 04 - Buddy Rogers beat "Macho Man" Randy Savage at 0:47 by submission
Buddy Rogers attacked Randy Savage before the bell and severely injured his knee. Randy Savage had no choice but to tap out to the Figure Four Grapevine.

Mike Tenay and Tony Schiavone ended the show by telling us that next week will feature four more qualifying matches in the Dragon Pro Wrestling World Heavyweight championship tournament.

-Opening Segment- Bobby "The Brain" Heenan comes out and says that he is suspending both Eddie Gilbert and Jeff Cobb for their actions last week. He announces that first Supercard in just two weeks will be called "Crowning a Champion" and will only be available on pay per view. He reminds us that there will be four World championship tournament matches and the first one will be right now.

-Match # 01- Bruiser Brody beat Curt Hennig by pinfall at 1:07.
Bruiser Brody hit a jumping knee drop to finish off Curt Hennig.
The match was competitive but short.
Bruiser Brody now advances to the tournament which will take place in two weeks time.

-Backstage Segement-
We see Disco Inferno walking down the back hallway of the arena. He is strutting his stuff when he is stopped by Renee Young. Renee Young asks him what are his thoughts going into his match with "Retrosexual" Anthony Greene in a first round match for the Dragon Pro Wrestling Television championship tournament. Disco says he is going to shut him up and put him in his place and become the first Dragon Pro Wrestling Television champion.
