Hey on_the_edge! Always great when The Original Nature Boy claws his way to the top. You've got a great mixture of action intrigue and some comedy goin on. I just smile when I see this feds name. Funny how everyone in this show is also desperately trying to "Find A Big Dubya" aka Win. Cool to see updates from smaller brands like CWFH too. I like you're style my man! Thanks for the kind words. Always appreciated. I am trying to build a whole wrestling world and touch on things I enjoy and enjoyed about wrestling. Like the territorial days and guys would move around so trying to do some of that. Show guys doing things in smaller promotions before moving onto one of the big guys. Part of me wants to run cards and post results for TNA, ROH, CWFH, etc but doing it for the big three (not to mention my two COTG feds) takes up enough of my time. Right now it is fun but adding more might turn it more into work. FYI I have something big coming for our Buddy. It ties into a big event from the past of real world history but with a different spin on it. As you may have noticed I do a mix of my own original stuff with a lot of things that really happened, some with a different twist.

June Week 1, Year 1
WWF Raw
Dan Spivey beat Tony Atlas by pinfall. (1 star)
Dan took the fight to Tony before the bell and never let up. He hit his finisher but Tony kicked out. It ended up being a sidewalk slam that finished Tony off. Impressive win for Dan.
A video package that shows the Tag Team Champions New Age Outlaws being attacked by The Rising Sons at Backlash then The Rising Sons non title match win against the NAO a couple weeks ago. Tonight The Rising Sons get a title shot in the main event.
British Bulldogs over The Dream Team w/Jimmy Hart via pinfall. (2 stars)
The Bulldogs have returned to the WWF. Things did not start good for them as The Dream Team worked over Dynamite Kid. At one point Davey Boy Smith had to kick Beefcake to break a pin attempt. Eventually Dynamite Kid was able to kick out. Davey Boy was fired up and was all over Beefcake.
Jimmy Hart hopped on the apron and got an argument with the ref. His microphone landed in the ring. Beefcake crawled over to pick it up but Davey Boy stomped on his hand. Then Davey picked up the microphone and hit Beefcake in the face with it. Some more offense and a piledriver earned the Bulldogs the victory. As they celebrated Jimmy and The Dream Team argued among themselves.
Back from commercial and the British Bulldogs are walking in the back. They stop when The Hart Dynasty walk up. Davey Boy Smith Jr hugs his dad. Then the four men talk as they start walking down the hallway.
D'lo Brown w/Nation of Domination beat George Steele by pinfall. (3 stars)
A very fun match. D'lo with the advantage early then Steele fought back. He had Brown in trouble and made a couple pin attempts, one after his finisher. Mr. Hughes yelled at Brown to get going. Steele tossed Brown to the mat and waited for him to get in the ring. He tossed him again and this time went out after him.
PG-13 got between Steele and Brown. They didn't touch him but he tossed them to the side. The distraction allowed Brown to catch his breath and he attacked Steele. In the ring Brown was doing good till he tossed Steele into the corner. Steele stopped himself and bit into the turnbuckle. He grabbed some stuffing and shoved it in Brown's face. It gave him control but not for long. Brown ended up whipping Steele into the corner and "The Animal" smacked his head into the exposed turnbuckle. He staggered backwards and fell onto his back. Brown covered and the ref counted three.
Nation of Domination enter the ring after. PG-13 toss Steele out of the ring. Malcolm has a mic.
Malcolm: Buddy Roberts you say you are a man of honor and everybody's "buddy". Well prove it. My man D'lo has beat everyone that has been put in front of him. So why don't you give him a title shot at SummerSlam. Or would you just prefer he wash your car and serve you your lunch at the country club. Yet me know your answer soon...buddy.
The Rising Sons beat New Age Outlaws by pinfall in a WWF World Tag Team Championship match to win the titles. (2 stars)
The Sons were on a mission and nothing would stop them. They made frequent tags and double teaming to dominate BG James. They only time Billy Gunn got in the ring was to make pin saves. Early on Mr Saito had James in a Scorpion Leglock and Gunn came in. The ref stopped him but doing so the ref missed James tapping. Later Mr. Saito hit a Saito Suplex and pinned James. We have new tag champs.
WCW Nitro
Davey Richards over Tiger Mask via submission. (1 star)
The newest WCW member, part of No Remorse Corps, just tore into his opponent and put Mask into his Ankle Lock finisher a couple times. The second time Mask couldn't escape and was forced to tap out.
The Four Horsemen are in their locker room.
Bryan Danielson: What is this BS? AJ in a number one contenders match?
Ric Flair: Relax champ. It's just management playing mind games. But this is a good thing for us. AJ wins and you don't have to deal with that punk Roderick. Then at The Great American Bash AJ walks out, you win by countout and we get to the bar and the ladies just that much earlier.
Flair and Danielson smile as AJ looks on from the back of the room with a confused look on his face.
Ox Baker w/Kevin Sullivan and Bull Curry beat Fit Finlay by pinfall. (2 stars)
The match went back and forth with each man making a pin attempt. Ox nailed Finlay with a Heart Punch but Finlay kicked out at two. Kevin instructed Ox to do it again. So Ox stood Finlay up and hit another Heart Punch. This time he got the three count. The medical staff had to come out and check on Finlay.
We see a video of a beach somewhere in the south. Palm trees and beautiful water. We here someone playing a guitar and a man walks into the shot. He stops playing and looks into the camera.
Daga: Hola. My name is Daga. I am coming to WCW to compete. The ladies will love me, the men will loathe me. It has been that way all my life. It will only get worse when I have gold around this waist of mine.
He swings the guitar around to his back and gestures to his waist and gave a huge smile.
Miracle Violence Connection over Heavenly Bodies via pinfall. (2 stars)
Tom Prichard used his speed to keep Steve Williams off his game. A couple pin attempts then he tagged Stan Lane in. Things turned when Steve was able to tag out. Terry Gordy beat on Stan Lane and hit a couple Power Bombs. Gordy pinned Lane.
A promo for The Great American Bash PPV. The MVC will get a rematch for the World Tag Team Championship against the Road Warriors. Also Jushin Liger will face Ricochet in what should be a fast paced, exciting match.
AJ Styles w/Ric Flair and Bryan Danielson defeated Roderick Strong by pinfall in a non title, #1 Contender match. (1 star)
The US Champion showed why he is considered one of the best in the world as he went on the attack right away and did not give Roderick a chance. He ended the short match with a Spinal Tap. The ref handed AJ his belt after the match. Flair and Danielson entered the ring to congratulate him. AJ looked at his title then at the World title around Danielson's waist. Danielson notices this and looks nervous. So does Flair as the show ends.
ECW Chaos
Steve Corino beat Rich Swann by pinfall. (1 star)
A one sided affair. Steve dominated the action. He used superkicks to rock Swann. He grabbed a chair and blasted Swann. Then an Old School Expulsion put Swann away. Impressive win for Corino.
Triple Threat hanging out in their locker room. Shane Douglas tells Chris Candido he has the chance to win the TV title back tonight. He better get the job done.
The Saints over War Machine by pinfall. (1 star)
This was the best The Saints have looked. They used quick tags and double team moves to take total control of the match. Their speed was too much for Raymond Rowe. He could not tag out. Hanson made a couple pin saves but eventually after an Irish Air Raid The Saints earned the victory.
Bill Alfonso walks in a hallway and stops in front a door with Management written on it. He takes a deep breath, lowers his head and knocks before going in.
Chris Sabin over Chris Candido w/Tammy Fytch via pinfall in an ECW TV Championship match to retain. (1 star)
The champ has no trouble in this match. He rolled and Candido could not get anything going. Sabin with a Cradle Shock. As he went for the pin Tammy got on the apron to distract the ref. However the ref ignored her and counted the three. Sabin grabbed his title and headed to the back as Tammy argued with the ref.
Notes:
The Kings of Wrestling (Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli) are new ROH Tag Team Champions after beating the Briscoe Brothers. It looks like the Brothers are moving on from ROH.
The WWF did a press release covering three things.
1) Andre the Giant's suspension is over. He can return any time he wants. 2) The Machines have decided to return to Japan. 3) Blackjack Mulligan has been on hiatus and will be returning soon.

June Week 2, Year 1
WWF Raw
Hillbilly Jim beat Bob Orton Jr w/Roddy Piper via submission. (2 stars) The power of Jim was the difference here. He used his Bear Hug finisher to wear Orton down. Then he did more damage with slams and elbow drops. Finally he put Orton in another Bear Hug and Orton faded. The ref lifted Orton's arm three times and three times it fell to his side.
An announcement that Buddy Rogers has accepted Nation of Domination's challenge. He will defend his World title against D'lo Brown next month at the Summer Slam PPV.
The Mountie over Exotic Adrian Street by pinfall. (2 stars)
The Exotic one looked to be on the way to the W early. He hit his Crucifix finisher a couple times but The Mountie kicked out. Then The Mountie found his footing and dished out some punishment. A couple times he took Street to his corner and out of the ref's sight he zapped Street with his Shock Stick. Frustration seemed to be setting in on The Mountie. He went to the floor and retrieved a chair. The ref stopped him from using it and took it away. As the ref's back was turned as he got rid of the chair The Mountie grabbed his Shock Stick. He zapped Street then cracked him over the head with it. That finally put Street away.
"Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase and Virgil arrive by limo. Ted has a title defense in the main event against Marty Jannetty.
The Hart Foundation w/Bret Hart over PG-13 w/Mr. Hughes and Malcolm by pinfall. (2 stars) This was PG-13's WWF in ring debut. Early on they used double team moves to keep the Harts off balance. Then The Hart Foundation started putting things together. Teddy Hart hit a Canadian Destroyer on JC Ice and the Harts hit a Doomsday Device on Ice but both ended in a two count. A bit later Teddy caught Ice with a hammerlock & cradle DDT and pinned him. Mr. Hughes walked off soon as the match was over. Malcolm was chewing PG-13 out when they finally made their way to the back.
New Age Outlaws cut a promo on how they were robbed of the WWF Tag titles. They want a rematch with The Rising Sons so they can get their gold back.
Ted DiBiase w/Virgil beat Marty Jannetty by pinfall in a WWF Intercontinental Championship match to retain the title. (3 stars)
Marty was on fire early on even hitting his finisher. But he couldn't put the champ away. Virgil on the floor was able to get Marty's attention. That allowed Ted to get his offense going. He used the Million Dollar Sleeper to break Marty down then used a power slam to finish him off.
WCW Nitro
The last show before the Great American PPV kicks off with a stretch limo pulling up in back. Getting out of the back is Ric Flair, Bryan Danielson, Christopher Daniels and Kazarian. Tony points out that AJ Styles is not with them.
Super Crazy defeated Tiger Mask by pinfall. (1 star)
Crazy attacked as soon as the bell rang. He kept his foot to the pedal and did not give Tiger Mask the chance to catch his breath. SupermCrazy put Tiger Mask away with a Coffin Drop off the turnbuckle.
A promo video for the Great American Bash PPV covering the matches.
- Bryan Danielson vs AJ Styles in a World Championship match.
- Road Warriors vs Miracle Violence Connection in a World Tag Team Championship match.
- Jushin Liger vs Ricochet.
- Horsemen vs Davey Richards & Rocky Romero.
- Big Van Vader vs Fit Finlay in a Falls Count Anywhere match.
- Disco Inferno vs Jim Powers.
Big Van Vader w/Kevin Sullivan over Tommy Rich via pinfall. (2 stars)
Tommy stung Vader at the beginning but it didn't take long for the big man to put a strangle hold on the match. He brutalized Tommy and pinned him following a Vader Bomb.
AJ Styles walks into the suite that the rest of the Four Horsemen were relaxing in.
Bryan Danielson: Well about time you showed up. Maybe instead of you taking a countout at out PPV match you should lay down and let me pin you.
AJ Styles: Excuse me. What did you say?
Both men start to get in each others face when Flair gets between them.
Ric Flair: Whoa boys. Let's not loose our cool here. We know AJ is going to take the count out at the Great American Bash. Then we keep the World title and we go celebrate all night long, woooo!
AJ Styles: Or I beat Bryan to win the title. I mean it would still be in the group. If he's so good he can beat me without me rolling over.
With that AJ turns and walks out. Bryan, an angry look on his face, starts to chase him but Flair holds him back. Ric Flair: Whoa champ. Relax. We got this. I have a plan. Like I always do.
Roderick Strong beat Disco Inferno by pinfall. (2 stars) Disco had a decent showing but Roderick was too much for the bedazzled dancer. An Olympic Slam led to the pin.
Super Crazy is carrying his bag and leaving in back when he hears a guitar. He stops and looks to the side. The camera pans and shows Daga, strumming his guitar with a couple attractive women sitting by him.
Daga: Nice win tonight my friend. Now that you have shown you can beat a living stuffed animal maybe you are ready for some real competition.
He stops playing his guitar and looks up at Crazy. Super Crazy just turns and continues walking toward the exit.
The Fantastics over Ox & Bull w/Kevin Sullivan via disqualification. (1 star)
Bull Curry was all over Tommy Rogers. So what happened didn't make sense. Bull tossed Tommy to the floor and went out after him. He grabbed a chair and before the ref could stop him he smashed it over Tommy's head. That left the ref with one option, call for the bell. Sullivan and his men didn't seem concerned about the DQ as they laughed as they made their way up the ramp.
Tony is wrapping up the show when he says there is something going on in the back. The camera shows a locker room door and there is the sounds of a fight going on inside. It stops and the door opens up. Out walks Ric Flair. He is followed by Bryan, Christopher and Kaz. Those three are carrying axe handles. After they pass the camera focuses inside of the locker room. AJ Styles is laying face down in a pool of blood. Tony asks what does this mean for the main event at Great American Bash.
ECW Chaos
Sir Oliver Humperdink walks in back and comes up to Mikey Whipwreck.
Mikey: You want something?
Sir Oliver: Yes, as a matter of fact I do. Recently I was doing an interview and you walked thru it and interrupted it. You owe me an apology.
Mikey: (Looking at him confused) I don't owe you anything bud. Just stay out of my way.
Sir Oliver: Oh is that so. Are you sure? Do you want to reconsider that?
Mikey: Yes I'm sure. No I don't.
Sir Oliver: Fine. Have it your way. Attack.
Again Mikey looks confused then suddenly a large man rushes in and rolls over Mikey. It's Abdullah the Butcher! He looks down intimidatingly at Mikey.
Sir Oliver: Say hello to my man. He is your opponent in tonight's main event.
RVD beat Necro Butcher by pinfall. (1 star)
The difference in this move was RVD's speed and agility. Well that and a chair. RVD put Necro in trouble with a few Van Daminators. He then finished him off with a Five Star Frog Splash.
We see Bill Alfonso in a janitor uniform mopping the floor in back. Al Snow walks up and tells him the toilet in the men's room is backed up and needs to be plunged. Bill lowers his gaze and sighs before saying he will get right on it.
The Saints over The Grappler and Mr. X by pinfall. (1 star)
It looked like Mr. X was going to start against Jake but The Grappler hadn't actually left the ring. He attacked Jake from behind. The Grappler tapped his boot on the mat, perhaps loading it, and drove his boot into Jake's face. After a kick out The Grappler tagged out. Mr. X got in a few moves before Jake could fight back. He then tagged out to his brother. Dave went on the attack and hit his Head and Arm Trap DDT for the win.
A promo video showing two men working on a farm. Between most of the shots being early in the day with poor lighting and the camera focusing more on the arms and bodies than the face it's hard to see who they are. They are tossing bales of hay, chopping wood and putting posts into the ground for a fence. The screen goes black then in camo colored letters "Dem boys are coming".
Abdullah the Butcher w/Sir Oliver Humperdink beat Mikey Whipwreck by pinfall. (1 star)
The larger man had his way with Mikey. At one point he pulled something out of his wrestling outfit and dug it into Mikey's forehead. He hit Sudanese Meat Cleaver and looked to have the pin. But he picked Mikey's head up before the three. He dragged Mikey to the ropes so Sir Oliver could talk smack in Mikey's face. Soon after a second Sudanese Meat Cleaver and the pin. Sir Oliver got in the ring. He patted his man on the back as he laughed at Mikey.
A teaser for the next PPV, Heat Wave coming in July.

Heavy scene with Ric Flair & Co. bashing A.J. Styles apart axe handle style. The Phenomenal One definitely has his work cut out for him there. Really looking forward to Dem Boys headed towards MMWOW! Jammin work my friend! Thanks once again. One of the things I loved about old school wrestling (well 80's and 90's for me) and slowly the current product is guys moving around now and then. That and the competition between companies. Trying to catch that feel here. I want to run a proper RoH and TNA as well but running three companies, along with my COTG feds, is enough. I think more would lose the fun and become more work. So trying to meld them into what I have now but still kind of giving a fell of them as their own promotions, along with a few others. In a related not I used to love getting PWI and seeing all the action going on feds I could not catch on TV. I recently picked up the year end in review special issue and was kind of disappointed. It used to be extra think full of all kinds of goodness. Now in early 2000's I understand as it was mostly WWE. But there is so many companies now especially on TV. Needless to say my walk down memory lane was a bit of a bummer.
