Damn, thats a lot of points! Do you use IDP or have some crazy bonuses? It's superflex, idp (2 spots). Also a lot of roster spots. QB, RB, WR, WR, TE, 3 flex spots with one being another QB. K and two IDP's. Those starting spots are after I suggested getting rid of a couple starters. We had more starters than that. Crazy league for sure! OK got it. Yeah with 2 QB and IDP and extra flex spots I can see it being lots of points. I have to think given all those roster spots thats a rather small league, like 10 teams. Would have to be hard with a big league filling all those spots. |

After starting 3-1 I have now lost 3 straight. The last two I got destroyed. This week I went all in on the Detroit/Dallas game with 6 of the 9 positions. The only one that did any good was the Dallas D. Other then that the only good player this week was Mike Evans. Sad thing is he could have had a much bigger week but he dropped a long TD catch.

I was on the losing end of the week's biggest blowout for the second straight week. On the plus side, someone scored the lowest score on the season so I no longer have that horrible distinction.

5-1 Sherlock MaHomes vs 5-1 John Wick (me). I called myself John Wick because I had to autodraft last year and promised revenge for them killing my metaphorical dog!!
MaHomes was up 11 going into Monday Night. He had Rhamondre Stevenson. I had Roquan Smith. Roquan gets the interception late that puts me up by roughly 3 points. New England is down 33-14 at this point and looking at the game stats there was 4:28 left on the clock. I feel like most teams would have conceded and sent in the second unit. But not NE; NOOOOOOOOO! Stevenson proceeds to get 2 catches (ppr league) and a 7 yard run. I lost by .06!
Let me say that again one more time......06
I'd rather get blown out then lose like that.

People are funny. I see people are going crazy and picking up Kadarius Toney since he was traded to KC. The guy has been fighting injuries and has done little in about a season and a half he has been in the league. Doesn't even have a TD. Plus KC seems to be more about spreading the ball around and maybe finding a hot hand to ride each game. No one outside of Kelce is tearing it up since they traded Hill.

Just looked at the fantasy site today since I was taking a last minute looksie. A fantasy football error landed in my favor and I got a 1 point win instead of a .06 loss. John Wick is 6-1 baby!

There was a slaughter in my league this week. The loser has 74.54 and is predicted to hit 89.18 as he has Tee Higgins on MNF. He has ZERO chance of winning as his opponent ended up with 205.36 in our half point PPR league. He had Hopkins, AJ Brown, Run CMC and Pollard among others. Of the four, three topped 30 points with Hopkins gaining only 27.90
