The Winter Flu Jab

I had one yesterday.

It was my first walk outside my house since March as I've a serious underlying respiratory issue and am shielding. It was pretty tough walking with a mask on.

Anyway, I feel rough so am staying in bed watching some indy wrestling on youtube so I can get familiar with some of the cards I have.

I have to get a flu shot every year now, especially after the second bout with stage 4 cancer.
