I'm assuming the title will be Legends of Wrestling Expansion Pack VI.
I don't think I have looked forward to a Legends release more than this one.
Let's start some speculation on who you think might be in this 'Northeast Territory' set.

First, I do not know anything about this set (other than some new names who could possibly be in this set but I won't mention them.)
I am wondering how many Special Edition cards we will get in this set? The recent LOW Special Edition cards have been managers and there are definitely at least 4 managers in Jimmy Hart, Mr. Fuji, Lou Albano, and Sir Oliver Humperdink who could qualify for this set (I would think most likely as Special Edition cards.) I think in the first LOW color set there were 2 Special Edition cards (The Sicilian and a young Bobby Heenan) and the other LOW color sets have had no more than 1 Special Edition card (but I could be remembering wrong.)
It will also be interesting to see who we get in Q4 Promoter Prime. I am thinking possibly names such as the managers along with names such as Koko B. Ware, Hillbilly Jim, Cousin Luke, Mr. Saito, Missing Link, Johnny Rodz, S.D. Jones, Playboy Buddy Rose, and Virgil.

A couple of the expansion sets had multiple SE cards with them. Here is what was released so far:
Expansion 1 - Jim Cornette and Paul Ellering
Expansion 2 - JJ Dillon
Expansion 3 - Bobby Heenan
Expansion 4 - Francine and Bill Alfonso
Expansion 5 - Teddy Long
For Expansion 6 (yes that will be the name) I think we will see 2 managers.

LEGENDS EXPANSION VI (running with the thought of two SE's and the usual 5 updates, 5 new guys which is probably not a thing but it makes guessing easier lol. Also I thought they said this was going to be an 80s "Northeastern set") We'll get the two SE's out of the way first cause I think people already are on the right track as I see them being Mr. Fuji and Jimmy Hart. That brings us to the set and the five updates. I feel like if they could do Andre and or Rude they would be done already but I could be wrong so I will use them as pick one. 1) either Andre or Rude, one or the other 2) Rowdy Roddy Piper 3) Cowboy Bob Orton 4) Don Muraco 5) Warlord That brings us to the new guys. If Mr. Fuji is a manager I think it makes sense we see the Barbarian debut and we get the Powers of Pain. My dream of Bret Hart was dashed when Stu wasn't in the Tragos set, if we had Bret I think Bret would have got Stu in that set. So that means Jimmy Hart needs someone to manage. I would like to see a good Dino Bravo card instead of a jobber one but could we actually get Honky? 6) The Barbarian 7) HART MANAGED TALENT - Dino Bravo or Honky Tonk Man 8) Paul Orndorff 9) Junkyard Dog 10) Kamala Predicting sets is so hard, you want to go with your heart and see Demolition, Bret Hart or Rick Martel but don't want to set yourself up to have your heart broken. I really wanted to pick Steamboat or even Jake Roberts since he is a DDP yoga guy and maybe we got him before he went to AEW. There is really so many places I could see them taking this and I could even see an update heavy set ... OH and i almost forgot Promoter Prime I think they will be two updates I could see being updates to George Steele, Koko B. Ware and actually I feel Hercules fits better here. |
