I will use Shimmer as my example . I have often wondered . Who decides who is in a set ? Shimmer or whoever Tom's agents can sign , who has been in that fed ? .

A combination of who they’d like to feature, and who we’re featuring on our shows... but who is willing/able to sign the release for use of their likeness is a big part of it. We’d be interested in adding more of our newer wrestlers in another expansion gimmick, if they are...

I hope that happens. I don't know why they wouldn't. Hopefully I will get to work on card stats for another Shimmer Volume.
