Are there other prominent players in the FTR outside of what I would find in the two sets in the store (and the cards in the Promoter Prime sets)? Looking at the card lists provided now on the site (thank you for this, very helpful!) I can see a few FTR characters and was wondering what a good starting point would be beyond these cards? Or is that the extent of the fed right now? Plus maybe mixing in some GWF characters that are moving down the roster and not as prominent?
Seems like the two existing sets would be a good basis to begin but wanted to double check for any other recommendations.

They've added a few via PP but you can basically run FTR just fine with the original cards.

Any wrestler with a finisher of (0) or (+1) would work fine in the FTR fed. What I do is go through all the sets I have and see who I would like to work with or would make for an interesting storyline. If they are to strong for FTR I will downgrade them to fit in the FTR brand. I also have created my own characters, or taken wrestlers from GWFZ and put them with current FTR stars like Chilly Fu and King Tux to form Penguins on Ice tag team.
Ideas, you could do an FTR vs. GWF 2087 Invasion (use the lower cards), Genghis Khan and Moonlight to make Mongolian Horde. Comrade Terror and Disciple of Terror to for a team or put them against year other.

Do these characters have documentation on here similar to the Promoter Prime characters? I tried searching on FTR but it picks up a lot of hits so if someone could point me towards that info it would be appreciated. Unless there is a booklet included but seems like its just the cards based on the store description. Thanks!

Finally got my FTR sets to go with the PP cards (and TKs cards!) and looking forward to starting up my fed. I setup a round robin tournament with most of the cards to crown the inaugural champion. I am about half way done and these cards are all well done. Bouncing between the classic cards, the current cards and these sets is interesting since the FTR cards are by design not as powerful so the matches play closer to the original set. I still feel the modern cards push most of the characters towards to mid-top tier so there isn't as much area to explore at the bottom of roster.
Playing so many matches with so many cards with poor chart ratings was interesting too. You have a lot more action going up and down the cards since many guys can't sustain offense as well and end up back on Lvl1. I enjoy the varied power swings that this brings up and it makes me wonder how viable reworking some of my own old bootlegs into this type of power level would work. It would basically be the antithesis to how they were created years ago so might be a fun project. The care and attention on these characters comes through a lot and I appreciate the light hearted nature the cards.
Will have to try posting some of these results later...so far Pardon is looking solid as expected (undefeated thus far)!

aplex has some great characters he's created for the FTR! Thomas TK's are pretty awesome too.
I use some 80's Mania cards, GWFZ and Next Dimension set that Broc Atkinson created in mine.
Have fun with it, lots more coming this year!
