I'm getting an error when I try to pull up the online site. "www.cotgonline.com took too long to respond."
I've tried in both Chrome and Edge.

I'm getting an error when I try to pull up the online site. "www.cotgonline.com took too long to respond." I've tried in both Chrome and Edge. I was having this problem frequently around a year or so ago. So let me see if I can help u, as I figured a work around, for me, idk if our circumstances are similar. Are you on PC or tablet? LAN connection or Wireless?

LAN connection or Wireless? I'm on PC and wireless Ok do you have a phone capable of acting as a mobile hotspot? If so, connect your PC to the mobile hotSpot the next time you have issues and see if it works. I found that once I switched to a mobile hotspot, the site would work. The problem came down to my router and it not liking how each roll pings I guess, idk. So it would limit my access to the site and I couldn’t figure out how to disable this. It sounds like it’s a Router based issue since your issues are isolated.
