Although Shane Douglas is very good (he is my current Brass Knuckles Champion,) it was still very impressive for him to knock off both Big Van Vader and Lou Thesz in this tournament!

I watched the last 3 matches LIVE! Those slaps to Thesz's face made Thesz angry enough and he let down his guard long enough for Douglas to pick up the COMPLETELY unexpected upset win, amazing match! It'll be interesting to see if Douglas can keep the "underdog" thing going!  Todd C WTIC |
