A KOd Thesz is easy pray for Rogers to slap in the Figure Four Grapevine and get the win by submission.

Oh I am loving the squash match central- my kind of wrasslin' show.
I'm also enjoyiong the vdeo packages- something I used to inclue in my HBWA write ups. Reminds me of Mid South!

Nice use of some bootlegs too! Thank you. After trying to do several promotions a "certain" way I just decided to have fun with this with no restrictions. Mixing Color, B&W and Boots. Just have fun. It's funny you mention Mid-South. My inspiration for this fed was Pro Wrestling USA in theory but I have been binging Mid South lately I think some of that is starting to show in my fed. Man it was a fun promotion. I just saw Iron Mike Sharpe beat Bob Orton Jr clean and it blew my mind lol. |

Rogers states that he hasn't approved any of tonights matches and as GM he is supposed to be involved. As you know in 2 weeks we will have a special card called SPRING BREAKDOWN. Last week it was announced Lou Thesz would wrestle Buddy Rogers in a steel cage. Today I would like to announce more matches. The Rock n Roll Express will face the Midnight Express. Steve Williams and Terry Gordy will battle Bruiser Brody and Jimmy Snuka. Jim Duggan, The Patriot and Sgt. Slaughter will go against Ivan Koloff and the Bolsheviks in six man tag team action. The AWA World Tag Team Champions Baron Von Raschke and The Crusher will fight the NWA National Tag Team Champions Bob and Brad Armstrong to crown the 1st ever UWPW World Tag Team Champions. Andre the Giant is in action and we have a 20 man battle royal to crown the first UWPW Continental Television champion. Also I have a special announcement as it pertains to Spring Breakdown. We have 4 more matches to announce. AWA Womens champion Sherri Martel will defend her title against Princess Victoria. NWA Womens champion Malia Hosaka will defend her title against Beverly Shade. Match Notes: As Andre celebrated his victory Paul Ellering and King Kong Bundy come to the ring. Andre begins arguing with them and as he does that Jake Roberts and The Spoiler sneak into the ring and attack Andre. They get Andre to a knee but he fights back and sends them over the rope. Bundy attempts to get in the ring but stops and the Legion of Doom retreat to the locker.
Will we eventually see Andre the Giant and King Kong Bundy do battle?

Jerry Lawler host the Kings Court where we have a contract signing between Buddy Rogers and Lou Thesz. Both men discuss the upcoming match and sign the contract. As the segment nears the same masked man who helped Rogers wins appears and hits Thesz with a chair. The mystery man and Rogers beat up on Thesz until officials appear and are able to break up the melee.
Special announcement. Paul Orndorff is unable due participate in the battle royal due to other obligations and will be replaced by the mystery masked man who has interfered in Buddy Rogers matches who now goes by the Red Scorpion

Match Notes: Steamboat lasts eliminates Windham to win the Continental Television title. Steamboats celebration is cut short as the Masked Superstar, who was eliminated befor Windham and was still outside the ring, rushes in to ruin the win and attacks Steamboat. Superstar grabs the belt and throws it on top of a fallen Steamboat.
