To get myself back in this thread...go Bastien. Lewis vs Hack has a lot of potential. Hack has experienced great success against Strangler Ed in the past... 2-0 in singles competition, plus being on the winning side of three other encounters (2 tag and 1 Team Survivor Challenge)... We might see the crowning of a new VP+ World Class Champion!

Always great to see some predictions, my friend... Orton Sr and Hennig have been doing fairly well... Lewis & Londos are an interesting duo that scored a big win over Dynamite Kid & Johnny Saint on a recent card... Should be a fun lineup!

LEGENDARY CHRONICLES WRESTLING
VintagePro+ 1.3 (card #199) 04.Apr.30 Mid-America Center, Council Bluffs, IA
FRITZ VON GOERING def. Bob Orton Sr via pinfall at 4:43. - Fritz pinned Orton after a knee drop to throat. -- Tokens: Orton 1
DON CURTIS def. Red Bastien via submission at 9:00. - Curtis finished Bastien with a SLEEPER. -- Tokens: Curtis 1 - Bastien 3 - The advantage changed hands several times in this hard hitting match. With patient resolve, Curtis was able to ground his high flying rival.
JOHN PESEK & YUSUF ISMAIL def. Evan Lewis & Jim Londos via pinfall at 6:24. - Ismail pinned Lewis after a rib crusher. -- Tokens: Pesek 2 - Friction between Lewis and Londos bubbled to the surface as both former LCW Universal Cruiserweight Champions were aware of their conflicting goals heading into the upcoming tournament for the vacant title. This caused a lack of communication which Pesek and Ismail were able to exploit.
LARRY HENNIG def. Rod Fenton via DQ at 7:53. - Fenton was disqualified for use of illegal tactics. -- Tokens: Hennig 3 - Ignoring multiple warnings, Fenton continued to push the envelope. Fenton wrapped a cable around Hennig's neck and started to choke him out. The referee called for the bell, but Fenton refused to back down until Bob Orton Sr arrived to make the save.
VP+ World Class Championship Match GEORGE HACKENSCHMIDT def. Ed Lewis (w/ John Pesek) via DQ at 14:39. - Lewis was disqualified due to outside interference. -- Tokens: Hackenschmidt 2 - Lewis 4 - Hackenschmidt appeared to have the situation completely under control until Pesek blatantly attacked him from behind to prevent Lewis from dropping the title. Marching with purpose towards the ring, Great Gama issued a challenge. A recent assault by Pesek had caused Gama to miss a valuable title shot against Lewis and he was clearly seeking retribution. Gama wanted another showdown against Pesek with clear stipulations. If Pesek were to lose, he would not be permitted to accompany Lewis for his inevitable title defense against Gama. However, a loss for Gama would mean that he could never challenge Lewis during his current reign. Ed Lewis retained the VP+ World Class Championship due to a technical decision.

Actually, you got 3 correct... Hack didn't take the title, but he beat Strangler Ed via DQ... Plus, you picked Fritz and Hennig to win their respective matches... Nicely done!

I'd be down for a vintage tag match between Hack and Gama against Lewis and Pesek. Excellent show as always.
