• Oklahoma Tag Champs The Fabulous Ones made quick work of Frogman Leblanc & George South in the opening bout. The Fabs hit the Frogman with the Fabulous Forearm for the duke!

• Dr. X beat Scott Casey with the FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK. Casey gave the masked man a good battle but the Doctor proved to be the better man tonight and kept his undefeated streak intact.

• Brent Albright and Charlie Haas put on a spectacular bout. This match was down to the wire and too close to call. In the end Brent Albright continues his undefeated streak when he put the CROWBAR on Haas. (****)

• Chaz Taylor handed Billy Wicks his first loss when he hit the CHAZTIZER

• Penny Banner (with Jimmy Hart) made Ida Mae Martinez submit to the BOSTON CRAB

• Don Leo Jonathan manhandled the Brass Knux Champion Dutch Savage in a non title bout with a swinging full nelson

• The Miracle Violence Connection beat Brickhouse Brown and Sputnik Monroe when Dr. Death pinned Monroe after a lariat

• Ivan Koloff beat Danny Hodge via RUSSIAN SICKLE

• The Fabulous Kangaroos defeated The Road Warriors when Animal was hit with the BOOMERANG

• In a Texas Death Match The Spoiler beat Magnum T.A. for the North American Title via the BIONIC CLAW.
Magnum’s North American Title Reign ends at 7 months in a bloody battle. Magnum fought like hell but The Spoiler managed to do more damage (even throwing Magnum through the windshield of a car!) After the bout Magnum was rushed to the hospital. It may be awhile before he is in a Sooner State ring again.

North American Champion The Spoiler defends against former 3 time North American Champion Terry Gordy!

** - Gordy was next in line for a shot. He has held the Gold 3 times before... can he be the first ever 4 time champion in Sooner State? The Spoiler however, has been a monster upon entering Sooner State earlier this year. His only loss was to former North American Champion Magnum T.A., a loss that was avenged this past weekend in brutal fashion. This has potential to be the match of the night!

In a rematch, PWA World Tag Champions The Moondogs (with Jimmy Hart) defend against the former champs The Brisco Brothers!

** - The Briscos dropped the titles to the Moondogs a few weeks ago in a brutally lop-sided contest. Can Jack and Jerry bounce back and regain the Gold?

And in the Main Event... Best 2 out of 3 Falls... Inside of a Steel Cage... The PWA World Champion Barry Windham defends against Big Van Vader!
** - Could this be the end for Barry Windham's run as the PWA World Champion? This will be the 4th meeting between these two men. The previous 3 encounters Vader was victorious but the title never changed hands as Windham got himself disqualified each time. Now with no escape and no DQs will Windham be able to survive the brutal assault of Vader or will we see a new PWA World Champion? We will find this coming weekend!

Sooner State Card # 105 - Spring Stampede Supercard

This weekends card was the Spring Stampede Supercard. This was a spectacular card that saw 4 title changes!

William Muldoon perservered through injury attained during his match with Heritage Champion John Pesek to become the new champion!

Dr. Death Steve Williams ran roughshod over Ox Baker to become the new Oklahoma Champion!

Terry Gordy plowed The Spoiler to become the North American Champion for a record breaking 4th time! This title win also makes Gordy the most decorated star in Sooner State!

Big Van Vader devastated PWA World Champion Barry Windham in two straight falls inside the steel cage to become the new champion!

Other highlights:

The Battle of the Fabs - Kangaroos vs Fabulous Ones was a barn burner that saw Keirn and Lane win via count out.

Jimmy Hart got manhandled by PWA Womens Champion Mildred Burke when he interfered on behalf of Penny Banner! The crowd was ecstatic when Burke laid Hart out. Hart was unable to accompany The Moondogs later in the show.

Danny Hodge retained the Light Heavyweight title against Chaz Taylor.

The Moondogs retained the PWA World Tag Titles in a dominant victory over The Brisco Brothers.

Mildred Burke retained the Womens Title over Penny Banner

The Glamour Girls with Jimmy Hart defeated Womens Tag Champions The Minnesota Homewrecking Crew via DQ

-After the bout The Spoiler refused to release the hold on Idol. Dutch Mantell hit the ring to aid Idol but he was blindsided by Dutch Savage!!! All four men began brawling as officials and several wrestlers from the back tried to restore some order!
