Another fantastic episode! Although I am decades away from playing Battle Lines (I'm putting this on my "Shady Pines: A Retirement Community", agenda), I really enjoyed the discussion of the characters.
I've always seen Cosmos as a victim. In my EC fed I wrote him as coming from an orphans home who got in a lot of fights but actually had some skills and that's where Omega and Morpheus found him. He ended up beating the crap out of a spoiled brat teenaged wrestler and was looking at juvenile jail time but Omega (reluctantly) and Morpheus talked the judge into letting him into the GWF instead. Then he bounced between Omega and Morpheus as father figures until he totally went face in 2079 teaming with Star BORE-IOR. Then, once he tires of Omega's nepotism of Star BORE-IOR by 2086, he "realizes" that Morpheus was right all along and becomes Thantos. Much like Palpatine talks Anakin into becoming Darth Vader. You know the deal.
