Pegasus is speaking with Johnny the day after suffering a night 1 loss in Tournament of the Immortals 8 to Blazing Skull and his ultra-controversial finisher, HUMAN COMBUSTION!

Pegasus appears on camera with nasty burns, singed hair, and a bandaged face as a result of the explosion by Blazing Skull.

There has been a lot of debate over the inclusion of wrestlers like Blazing Skull being allowed to compete in the Tournament on Kronos, which is typically reserved for those who respect the rules.

But King Mayday has influence and power now, and no doubt lobbied for more violence in this year’s tournament.

Despite the heavy backlash from fans and some wrestlers alike (like Omega & Solaris), Pegasus surprisingly defends his enemy to Johnny Rocket.

“Sometimes being the best isn’t just about being the top wrestler. Sometimes it’s about going into the most dangerous situations and trying to survive. Last night, I came up short. But that’s what makes winning so special. It’s a tough life. It’s hard to become King. Because if it’s not some incredible wrestler like Cosmos or Chaos Supreme you have to go through - it’s a deadly and dangerous fighter like Blazing Skull.
