I'm almost ready to start a LOW fed, but there are some official tag teams that don't have official names. I was hoping for some helpful input. Here are the pairings I'm considering:
Stan Lane/Koko B. Ware: This is for when I use the pairings of Eaton/Condrey and Candido/Prichard. Considering that Lane has the Rocket Launcher tag finisher, High Energy seems like a good possibility.
Chris Candido/Tom Prichard: Yes, I know they were the Bodydonnas in WWF, but back then Candido never used his Blond Bomb finisher. I think they need a different tag team name that's not as cheesy.
Ted Dibiase (Black Glove)/Steve Williams: This one is a little harder for me. The pairing of Dibiase & Jim Duggan is fairly obvious since they were part of the Rat Pack stable, so that would be their tag name. So far as I know, Williams was never part of that stable.

I find if I get stuck with naming a group I just let it evolve out of the whatever angles may come about in the fed. Or I also go the route of not giving them a tag-team name at all. A lot of teams never had a flashy name. Sometimes they were just announced as [insert wrestler name here] & [insert wrestler name here] with a total combined weight of [insert combined weight here].

I almost never give teams names unless I want to change their gimmicks. Tag names seems to be a thing of the past. Unless you Chikara.

DiBiase and Williams - The Hardliners (Slater and Murdoch used it but it seems to fit)
Candido/Prichard - Blonde Desire , or use the Heavenly Bodies
You can always change names whenever you want.

I called DiBiase, Duggan, Dr. Death and DDP the Rat Pack after they decided to feud with the nWo (Konnan, Bagwell and The James Gang)...
Just because someone was never a member in real life doesn't mean much for my purposes...=)

Gotta agree with Tommy on this one. They don't say "It's YOUR fed Promoter!" for nothing.
