I haven't seen WWE since Sky in UK lost contract to BT Sport what 13 months ago ? Found last year's WWENXT War Games PPV on youtube that was great . Still watch Impact , AEW , MLW and classic stuff on youtube

In my friend's annual Royal Rumble contest I bought two numbers this year and I ended up drawing 3 and 13 (both numbers apply to both the men's and women's rumbles.)

For #3, I don't see anyone (other than possibly Daniel Bryan) pulling off a Ric Flair from 1992 and winning this thing, especially since Randy Orton and Edge have already been announced as #s 1 and 2. In the men's Rumble I won't be surprised if #3 (unless it is indeed Daniel Bryan- that is someone I could see winning after being in the Rumble for a long time) is gone before #4 even appears.

For #13, I checked and there has only been 1 past winner at #13 and that was Hacksaw Jim Duggan in the first-ever Royal Rumble back in 1988. But back then there were only 20 entrants so winning at #13 was more plausible than it is today.

Beyond idiotic. Billion-dollar company putting on a show and they have to stop the count during a Last Man Standing Match because a guy can't un-handcuff his ally. This is after about 5 moves (I mean attempted murders) that would've been match-enders 20 years ago. Horrible.

Then, let's have a 47-YEAR-OLD man win the Royal Rumble. Don't get me wrong, I loved Edge in his prime and was a huge fan, but this was bullshit. Let's see...

-He's won 137 World Titles (that's without counting all his other titles)
-He's main-evented Mania (against Undertaker no less)
-He won the Rumble 11 YEARS AGO
-He's ALREADY IN THE HALL OF FAME
-He got his big return in last year's Rumble, IN A FULL STADIUM THAT GAVE HIM ONE OF THE BIGGEST POPS OF ALL-TIME. I was all about that, by the way. Awesome moment.

BUT WHEN IS IT ENOUGH?!?!?!??

Then, you gotta have Christian come in to help him to continue the love-fest. Shit, I was expecting Beth Phoenix to come out after that.

When HBK, Benoit, and Mysterio won from #1, at least they were in their primes so it made more sense (although Mysterio got it just because of Eddie). This was just unbelievable, in a BAD way.

How about Bryan? How about Styles? How about Big E? How about The Fiend? You know, someone who HASN'T won it before or had a ton of previous accolades?

ON THIS DAY...THINGS ARE SHITTY. I'll still always be a huge Edge fan, but this was a complete miss.

At least the women's Rumble went great with two deserving wrestlers going toe-to-toe at the end, thus making BOTH of them look awesome.

I didn’t mind Edge winning as he did fight his heart out the entire time. I’m just glad Goldberg lost. He looked horrible put there, physically and work rate. Maybe it’s just me, but I felt that Drew carried 90% of the match.

As for the women’s RE, I have no complaints, though I didn’t know either of the finalists so I didn’t care who won.

I’m also glad Lesnar didn’t show up. Hopefully he skips WM this year.

yeah i really don't like Edge winning, but i guess that's what happens when they really don't have real top guys anymore. The few at the top they have , have already faced each other repeatedly
