I only have my indies fed (apart from ROH / CZW / Chikara / Shimmer / Evolve etc) so I put all my indies into one fed Jaguar . It did have Legends / LOTF cards in it but I am slowing taking them out . Leaving just Indies only but already got about 60 singles wrestlers . And I haven't bought all the indies set yet like Canadian set . I did start out buying them in order of release . But then started picking sets that featured some of my favourite wrestlers like Jordynne Grace in Beyond Wrestling etc . I have bought some indies in other feds like Willie Mack update in CWFH and Angelina / Mandy in ROH etc . Still left with loads of wrestlers (mainly male) with another say 40 waiting to be introduced . I know they will keep been released , not that I have a problem with them . What do other people do ? Thinking of just adding my favourite wrestlers ? Don't want to add another indies fed , as I am struggling to keep up with what I have .

I find about 32-40 person roster most manageable. I like a solid roster of upper, middle, and lower card wrestlers and just use the ones I like. Rotate them out and bring new ones in to keep it fresh. If I don't like a card I don't feel forced to use it.

Although I like to maintain a solid base of approx. 40 wrestlers, I generally have a revolving door policy when it comes to my rosters... Anyone that is not involved in a current angle could wind up taking several weeks off in order to give new talent a chance to make an impact.

I had a similar problem. After watching Impact Wrestling on Pluto, I bought a bunch of ROH, Evolve, and Best of sets, and now my fed is a little larger than planned.
So borrowing from Impact, Iβm having some One Night Only events to give the wrestlers something to do, whether itβs competing in Friends or Foes event or a High Flyers tournament or similar tournament. I figured it was a way to use most of the wrestlers without having a bunch of titles or coming up with storylines for everyone.

I have a bunch of ideas floating around in my head for when my promotion (Wrestling By The Bay) gets to the point where I have more wrestlers than I can handle.
Here's just some of my ideas (some I'll use, some I won't. Some I might use then not use. You get the point...)
My wife suggested I start a women's promotion, which I probably will once I have enough ladies and female tag teams.
Deciding that each wrestler/tag team/stable/whatever will appear for a certain amount of shows. So, say, I come to the decision that Brian Pillman, Jr will be involved in 10 shows. After the 10th show, he'll "go away" for awhile. I'll come up with some storyline where he's injured or didn't sign a new contract or whatever. Another wrestler will probably debut or return the next show or shortly after Brian leaves. After awhile, I might bring Brian back, especially if I have an idea or just want him there.
Divisions. I've though about running strict divisions such as Heavyweight, Junior Heavyweight or Cruiserweight, or some sort of "secondary" title. A certain amount of wrestlers will be eligible for the Heavyweight title, and others will be fighting for the, say, Television title (just using something generic there). Of course, Heavyweights and Cruiserweights could still tango for whatever reason, but you still have certain guys in each division.
Using tag teams as tag teams and singles as singles. This can allow me to say, have, 20 male singles wrestlers and 10 tag teams (or whatever cap I wanna use) and not have to worry about suddenly not having enough guys in one division. Its not that I wouldn't have a member of Bear Country wrestle Mil Muertes one on one at a show if it made sense, but I'm not looking at Bear as a singles guy.
Ultimately, though, use the wrestlers you like (Or like to hate) and leave out the wrestlers that just don't fit.
Hopefully I made some sense and I'm not just rambling on.
