I'm set to kick off my Kronos Battlelines Fed and realized I've never actually had a Kronos fed or matches ever in my 30+ years of game playing history so thought I'd have my 'dream' matches in the form of a tournament first before kicking off the Battlelines.
So what I've decided to do is to have a single elimination Titan Death Match tournament of every single wrestler in my feds history since 2074 through 2136 that has won the big title. Each individual will use their 'peak' card of their most dominate run or Promoter Prime card (if it is looks stronger) and looking though my records it appears there were 71 unique champions across that time with some notables that never quite captured the title so they didn't qualify for this Tournament of GOATs.
With 71 wrestlers to work with I decided on a 64 man standard bracket with 8 of the wrestlers having to perform in a special Scorpi Spotlight Battle Royal Match to qualify for that coveted 64th spot. So I took my 8 lowest ranked 1 time winners who never successfully defended the title.

1st Match: Aegis side stepped Switchblade as the blade charged into the turnbuckle and flipped out of the ring due to his own momentum. (***)
2nd Match: Draconian Sheik eliminated Parsec when he caught Parsec on the top turnbuckle and tossed him out. (1/2)
3rd Match: Mantis caught Lord Nexus in a PREY SNARE reversal and then locked on the PINCER CLAMP to force Lord Nexus out of the ring. (**1/2)
4th Match: Dreadnaught knocked Commander Sam with a Torpedo Launch. (1/2)
5th Match: Mantis caught Aegis with a PREY SNARE reversal and then immediately threw him out of the ring. (*1/2)
6th Match: Draconian Sheik threw Dreadnaught out of the ring after several successive attempts. (*)
Final Match: Mantis tossed the Draconian Sheik after locking on the PINCER CLAMP to win the Spotlight Battle Royal to qualify for the Tournament of Champions. (*)

It was a hotly contested battle that could have gone either way, but Tauran caught Scion Nexus on the top TB and turned it around into a VICTORY STAR DROP for the win out of nowhere. (**1/2)

Alpha Force 2094 SE v Godsend 2134
There was a spot mid match when Godsend collided with the ref creating an opening for Godsend to use Blinded by Greatness followed by a KINGDOM COME to bloody Alpha Force, but with no ref Godsend became frustrated and Alpha came back and nearly won right as soon as a new ref came back, but Godsend escaped and rolled him up with a handful of tights to get the win. (****)

Shayne 2132 v U.S. Patriot 2097
U.S. Patriot dominated the match and hit several finishers, but Shayne snapped and overtaken by Shayne’s Fury and hit back to back SHOWDOWN’s to get the pin. (**)

Max Shield 2111 v Sur 2134
Sur kept the offense going and not letting Max breath much and ultimately put him down with a Sublime Clothesline after picking him apart and wearing him down. (***1/2)

Iron Mane looked to have this in the bag, but Wolf hit a front face DDT out of nowhere and got a very fast count. (*1/2)
Bloodiest Feud with a Dimensional Twist

An all out brawl that saw the action go all around and outside of the ring w/ both wrestlers hitting their spots, but ultimately Vengeance got the win with HELTER SKELTER. (****1/2)

Vyper made Mangus tap to a Scorpion Death Lock after controlling most of the match. (***)

I love this! I'm a sucker for Kronos-style feds anyway, and this one's starting with a bang. Was pulling for Draconian Sheik to emerge from the Battle Royal, but alas, wasn't meant to be.
Am pulling for Omega in general, as I do think that 2079 card has some magic in it...he's become iconic for me in the GWF! He's got a tough 2nd round match up though.

I haven't used that Omega card in probably 15 years and it was really interesting to see that he can still go with the current talent, he's a timeless card. |
