Luckily I still have up to 2093 but looking at the old sets there's gaps on the official store 2098 to 2101, 2105 to 2106, and seemingly all the EC stuff. Also what happened to all the SE cards that used to be available? Do they have these sets on special order if requested?

The Classics stuff has been out of print for a long time and I'm not sure if it ever will see print again (note, Mike's Early Classics is an unofficial set) I would simply contact Tournament Master and see what he might have available but I don't think they'll print any of those again unless they do them in color.
