Done some researching on Wheeler Yuta in Best of Indies 2019 set . Abit confusing as he does look like T.J Perkins , but it isn't ? . I believe Wheeler was CZW fed , so his going in there .

Similar look, quite a bit skinnier than current day TJP. He has also been in ROH, was in their recent Pure title tournament. Was also Sylverhawk in Chikara.
