It was you and Kat who inspired me to start team them up and I never regret it and always look forward to more Dads to add to the group.

Always pleased to see Macho Man in the winner's circle... And I've gotta say it's hard to grasp a 'boring' match between Bruiser and the Butcher... Yikes!

Sadly, very one sided, almost all Butcher. No real fun or drama.

In a Vintage Rules Match, Ed "Strangler" Lewis defeated Davey Boy Smith (S) when he put Davey out cold with the Strangler's Headlock. Davey Boy was dominating but missed a dive and hit the mat. Lewis capitalized with the Headlock and the referee called for the bell. (If you have a deathjump option you can use it but ch G and ch H follow the vintage charts)
Electric Avenue defeated Long Island Express when Regal pinned Ryder after a stun gun. Ryder and Hawkins had their chances here but they blew a tag and Regal took advantage hitting a stun gun and covering Ryder with a handful of tights while Hawkins was too confident to attempt a pin save. (fluke roll of 3)
In a vintage rules match, Jackie Fargo bested Doug Gilbert via countout after a big right hand knocked Gilbert to the floor and he was unable to get into the ring. This was a wild brawl and while Jackie dominated, Doug held tough but a big hand just dropped him cold through the ropes and Fargo took the victory.
Brutus Beefcake squashed Disco Inferno. Inferno got in two shots before Beefcake turned it around. He put Disco out with the Sleeper in short order. He was going for his scissors to give a haircut but Rock Riddle managed to roll Disco to the floor and safety.
The Road Warriors bashed Lucha Underground when Animal finished off Juventud with the Power Slam. Vampiro looked good but Juventud was simply no match for the power of Animal and Hawk. No Doomsday Device was needed as a coupe tag team clotheslines and the Power Slam was enough.
In a Vintage Rules match, Ivan Koloff came back to best Blackjack Mulligan with the Russian Sickle. This was even as both men had chances to win but in the end, the Sickle was too much.
Frank Gotch defeated Redd Dogg via countout when he dropped Redd Dogg from the ring apron to the floor with a half nelson crotch hold slam. People marveled as Gotch accepted modern rules and then put them to use as he countered Redd Dogg time after time before catching him off guard and smashing him to the floor. The 10 count was academic as Gotch had his hand raised.
In a no disqualification match, Mass Devastation (Big Van Vader and Stan Hansen) beat The Patriot Pals (Bobo Brazil and Hacksaw Jim Duggan) after a bone-crushing splash by Vader on Duggan. Hansen struggled a bit and Duggan got a lot of offense on Vader but no damage and eventually Vader turned it around. Brazil took an early beating so he was unable to react in time as Vader took the three count. After the match, Vader, Stan Hansen and Mr. Hughes at the behest of Jim Cornette assaulted Duggan after Hughes knocked Brazil to the floor. They performed a triple stuff powerbomb and followed it up with repeated elbows and splashes. Duggan was stretchered out and will miss the next six weeks. Cornette was howling in delight on the microphone.

Stoked to see Juvi and my Vampire brother in action... Even though they wound up on the losing end of a tough match against the Roadies... And I'm wondering if Bobo might pick up a new partner to replace Duggan (at least temporarily) to try to get some revenge against Hansen & Vader (brutal duo)... Fun times!

I can think of a couple guys who might team with Brazil against Cornette's boys.

Ted DiBiase took down Chaz Taylor with a powerslam off a flying cross body. DiBiase dominated early but Chaz avoided a big elbow and nearly pulled off the upset with a running corner splash. He hit the Chaztizer for a near fall and then tried to finish DiBiase but the Million Dollar Man caught him and slammed him for the three count.
Long Riders squashed Too Cool with the Superplex on Christopher. As Taylor watched helplessly, Christopher took a beating from the Irwins. Bill dropped Brian on the floor with a big boot and then tagged in Scott who tossed Brian to the floor before hitting the Superplex. Taylor mistimed his save and just missed making it.
Rob Van Dam bloodied Chris Candido before finishing him with the Van Terminator. RVD dominated most of the match but Candido got in his shots. He briefly looked like he might pull an upset but RVD took advantage on the floor and never looked back before deciding to go all out and hit the Van Terminator for the win. (Candido could notkick out of a Van Terminator as he had 5 pin pokens)
Davey Boy Smith finally put away Nikolai Volkoff after the delayed vertical suplex. Volkoff gave Davey Boy fits for the longest time but in the end, DBS used his superior agility to take control and then a big suplex ended things.
British Empire bested Rock and Soul when Street put away Scorpio with the Cobra Clutch. Bagwell and Scorpio gave a good showing but in the end, Street caught Scorpio unaware with the Cobra Clutch and he passed out before Bagwell could even react.
Boogie Woogie Man Jimmy Valiant dropped Jim Cornette with the Boogie Woogie Elbow. The Midnight Express and Mr. Hughes were at ringside but that was not enough for Cornette as he would take control thanks to his guys but Valiant kept battling back until he dropped the big elbow. The Express and Hughes climbed in to the ring to attack but Manny Fernandez and Blackjack Mulligan evened things and Cornette convinced his men to take off.
Nick Bockwinkel held off a scrappy Johnny Mantell with the Figure Four Leglock. Bockwinkel looked to have it done early with a back suplex but Mantell kicked out. From there it looked like he would get out of everything. He then reversed things on Nick and used his Russian Leg Sweep for a near fall. Bockwinkel finally regained control and nearly won with an abdominal stretch before the Figure Four was applied. Mantell tried to escape but could not and tapped.
Cornette's Army squashed Hacksaw Jim Duggan and the Rock and Roll Express after Mr. Hughes pinned Duggan after triple backbreakers. Before the match even started, Cornette's crew pounded down the Rock and Roll Express so they would not be able to help immediately. Duggan went on bravely but a Hansen Lariat and then Hughes backbreakers put him away.
