He's not available online. I added a create-a-character for Mil Mascaras when I went from card stock to online. His stats are very impressive. Mil No Job for sure

Tale of two matches. Severn comes out strong and aggressive. He tosses Mascaras around using his ground and pund style to wear out the masked man. He has several near falls and almost made Mascaras submit. Mascaras is able to catch a second wind and turn things around. He starts moving aroud quickly not letting Severn take him to the mat. He hits several high risk moves to weaken Severn. The end comes when Mascaras hits two Crossbody Attacks to finish Severn and become the 2021 King of the Ring.
