So on L1 offense I see some cards having into the ropes or turnbuckle but no chart and when making my first few cards I was told you don't have the chart option for them on L1 so my question is on L1 when you roll into ropes for example what do you do if you don't roll the chart? Is it just a reroll?

The opponent would still roll into the ropes/turnbuckle using the rating (A, B, or C) on the bottom of the card. The only difference is, the wrestler on offense would not have the option to move up a level of offense and roll again because chart situations are not followed by (c) on level one, since you can't bump up a level to roll again.

You can have ch A or B on Lvl. 1. You can have into the ropes or turnbuckle with no (c) attached too. If that's rolled you have to throw the opponent into the ropes since you can't roll up a level.
