Has there ever been any discussion of bringing CotG to ComicCon? It seems to me to be a perfect fit. AND... Those of us on the left coast would be able to partake in some of the festivities

Probably will be a matter of cost and who might be able to help out there.

They were missed this year at NY Comic Con, but that was a matter of expense.

hence why San Deigo would be even less likely. Also, the comic cons don't necessarily translate to a lot of gamers (versus the gaming conventions)

I would personally place CotG more in the comic category than the gaming category, but your point is still valid. Magic, Ju-Gi-Oh (sp?) and other CCGs always have tourneys and relatively large showings in San Diego. I have always kept my eye out for the CotG booth every year, but to no avail Any CotG cons further west than Galacti-Corn (if that is even still held)?

Well anyone who's coming out to ComicCon be sure to come see my live Dr. Floyd show on Sunday. It's not 100% confirmed yet, but we did it last year and I'm pretty sure we'll be on the bill this year!

I would love to go back out to Comicon. As for official COTG representation, I could see it one day, but it would most likely be in conjunction with a Filsinger Publishing project that would appeal to Comicon folks (i.e. another Stan Lee book).

Any CotG cons further west than Galacti-Corn (if that is even still held)? Yes G-Corn is still going strong...it's held over Columbus Day weekend in October now and is in its 8th year this year. I live about 2 hours away from it and Disaster lives almost in Canada waaaay up in Minnesota and still makes it. It's a great little con with lots of tournaments and matches throughout. More on it later in the year though.

As I'm not planning on going to G-Con next year, I may try and make it out that way just for th e change of pace.
