I had fun discussing my rating system and my Age chart, so I figured I would share a few other random rules/quirks of my fed...
Divisional Play
I currently have 2 regular singles divisions (Gold and Challenge) and 1 tag division. Each division has 6 wrestlers/teams and is run in a double round robin format (total of 10 matches per).
The Tag division is pretty simple without any quirks.
The singles, however gets fun...
The winner of the Gold Division earns 10 Bonus Points (BP, see my post on my rating system), 2 Earned Title Shots (ETS - I will explain these later) and is the automatic #1 seed in the Year End Tourney. Winning this division is a big deal!! The loser of the division is dropped down to the Challenge Division the next year.
The winner of the Challenge Division gets 5 BP, 1 ETS, is guaranteed at worst the #4 seed in the Year End Tourney, and is moved to the Gold Division the following year. The loser of the division is dropped out of divisional play the next year.
To fill the opening left in the Challenge Division, one wrestler is promoted from the Non-Division roster. No wrestler can be in the Tag Division and the Gold or Challenge Division at the same time. This is a new rule, so Star Warrior has been allowed to remain in Challenge. Cosmos, however, has been blocked from entering Challenge, and reports are that he is not thrilled by this ruling.
Wrestlers who "retire" while in the Gold Division are "encouraged" to stay in the league. This was where I found it necessary to create the Age Chart. I have not had to retire anyone out of Gold yet.
Wrestler are, however, able to "retire" out of the Challenge Division. If this happens, the promoter simply promotes 2 wrestlers from the ND ranks instead of one.
My current division rosters are...
GOLD
Keller Caelum Santon Caiman Hechilles Grogan
CHALLENGE
Star Warrior Vice Krakan Omega Morpheus Sam
TAG
GameMasters Estorians Defiance Wind Riders Gladiators Polarity

Title Eligibility
I currently have 3 singles titles; Galactic, Inter-Planetary, Junior.
To be eligible for the Jr Title, wrestler only have to be in their first 3 years in the league. That's it.
To be eligible for the IP Title, there are a number of different ways...
1) Win 40 career matches. This should take approx 4-5 seasons for the typical jobber/lower mid-card guy or for tag specialists.
2) Win the Jr Title at least once, and have 25 career victories. This would mean that typically, wrestlers are eligible to go after the IP belt sometime either late their second season or early third (assuming they have at least 1 Jr reign). This is the bulk of the wrestlers.
3) The Jr belt was established at the beginning of 2084 (I am currently in 2085), so I am grandfathering everyone who did not get a full 3 years to earn the Jr Title. So far, Star Warrior and Cosmos were the only two who needed this exemption. Tantalis will likely get the exemption later this season.
4) Anyone who has at least 1 IP Title Reign. There are times when someone may earn themselves a shot at a title they technically are not eligible for yet. If they earn this shot and win the belt, they are forever eligible.
5) Promoter exemption. This is obvious and pretty much applies to everything in the CotG universe.
6) TYPICALLY, once a wrestler reaches 100 career victories, they are dropped from these rankings. Santon and Mangus were never dropped since they never held any belts.
To be eligible for the Galactic Belt...
1) Have 75 career victories. Jobbers and lower mid-carders need not apply
2) Have 60 career victories and have held the IP title at least once. For the natural progression of a wrestler, this would typically mean approx 5 seasons having had at least 1 IP reign.
3) Having held the Galactic Belt at least once in the past. Typically, winning either of my BIG matches (WarZone, Big Bang) earns you a shot at the belt at the next PPV. Winning the belt gets you automatic ranking for it in the future (Jammer is the only one who currently qualifies under this exemption).
4) TYPICALLY, once a wrestler wins this belt, he is no longer eligible for lower belts. Exemptions are made to fit story/character profiles (Sam, Hechilles currently fit this rule)

I have 6 PPVs per year.
Two regular PPVs (1st and 3rd)
Two Special PPVs (2nd - WarZone (3-tiered Battle Royal/Tourney hybrid), 4th - Big Bang (pitiful attempt at a Royal Rumble))
Two Tourneys (5th - Galactic Gala Tag Tourney, 6th - Year End Tourney)
The winners of the two special PPV matches get Galactic Title shots at the next PPV and are automatically entered into the Year End Tourney.
The two tourneys are currently 8 man/team tourneys. Both of these tourneys are iron-man rules (tokens carry over from one match to the next). In the case of a double DQ, the match will restart as if it were just started (tokens remain).
The Tag tourney is pretty lame, currently, since there really are not enough teams to fully populate it. IT is more of an Exhibition/Event currently. The winner of the Tag Division is the automatic #1 seed.
The Year End Tourney is the culmination of the year. There are, at max, four automatic bids (Gold, Challenge, Big Bang, WarZone winners), meaning there are at least 4 at-large bids. Just making to this tourney is a big deal, but winning it is a HUGE career highlite.

Very unique.. sort of a hybrid between a traditional fed and a 'stick and ball' type.
Do you have a set schedule, or do you book from card to card to set up PPVs and such?

Earned Title Shots (ETS)
This is an added way to give guys the ability to "push the action". There are only a few ways in which these can be earned...
1) Win 5 matches in a row.
2) Win 8 matches in a row.
3) Win 10 matches in a row. (and each subsequent win that extends the streak)
4) Win Gold Division. This results in 2 ETS being earned.
5) Win Challenge Division. This results in 1 ETS.
6) Lose the Galactic belt. This results in earning 2 ETS. This basically guarantees your rematch.
7) Lose GWF tag, IP or Jr belts. This results in 1 ETS.
ETS can be "cashed in" as follows...
1) Contenders can force a non-PPV title shot for any belt they are a contender for (10 for Galactic, 5 for IP, 3 for Tag, any for Jr) with 1 ETS.
2) Galactic top 10 contenders can force a PPV title shot with 2 ETS.
3) Gain entry into either the Big Bang or the WarZone with 1 ETS.
4) Force a PPV IP shot with 1 ETS.
Non-PPV Title Defenses
Galactic (automatically starts on offense)
vs Former Champ -- -1 pin; +1 DQ vs top 10 contender -- -2 pin; +1 DQ
IP/GWF Tag (automatically starts on offense)
vs Former Champ -- +1 DQ vs top 5 contender -- -1 pin
Additional Bonus Points
1) Streaks greater than 5 get streak-5 bonus points (ie a 6 match streak gets 1 BP, 7 wins gets 2 BP, 10 wins gets 5 BP etc. thus a 10 match winning streak would have at least 10 total bonus points added)
2) WarZone Eliminations: Zone 1 = 3pts; Zone 2 = 2 pts; Zone 3 = 1 pt
3) Big Bang eliminations: 1st elim = 1 pt; 2nd elimination = 2 pts; etc

I have my "required" matches (divisional, and a few feud matches) that I have to get in during the season. Outside of that, I have free reign to schedule what I like.
Due to injuries, I try to get all the required matches out of the way as soon as possible, so there really isnt much leeway the first month or two of the season. The last 2 months or so are about 90% - 95% open schedule. This is where a LOT of ETS are spent and rivalries that developed in the required matches are extended.
