This Impact Pro formed before TNA/Impact and had the name first. And they are better. Yeah, Impact Pro has been around for awhile. Cory, I don’t recall if we mentioned this on your podcast episode I was invited for, but Impact Pro is also the first fed outside of Wisconsin to book Austin Aries. I don't mean to be the "ACTUALLY..." guy but I think Austin Aries was wrestling in Minnesota before that. I remember seeing Austin Aries very early on at some indy shows.

Not a big deal, but at the 2018 Tragos/Thesz Hall of Fame weekend in Waterloo when Austin Aries was there wrestling James Jeffries, I was told by some Impact Pro personnel they were the first to book Austin Aries outside of Wisconsin. So I was just going by what they told me.

Nearly fell off my chair , thought it was Impact as in Impact Wrestling (TNA) got excited and shocked . But then realised it wasn't . This Impact Pro formed before TNA/Impact and had the name first. And they are better. Cory, you took the words right out of my mouth!

I'm not sure the order but Aries definitely wrestled for IPW! After he was released from WWE, he made a surprise appearance at a card in Des Moines and then wrestled at the 2018 HOF card. As we've mentioned on the podcast, Tyler Black/Seth Rollins worked for IPW early in his career as well. AirWolf (Darius Martin of Top Flight in AEW) came down from Minnesota for at least one (if not more) of the HOF cards, including wrestling in the Hall of Fame Classic tournament. I don't think his brother worked in IPW but I saw him as Angel Dorado in the Twin Cities. And Steve "1 Called" Manders who just got released in the IWTV set also had some of his first matches in IPW.

Looking through IPW results, not too familiar with most of the people. But GCWs JJ Garrett looks to be regular and #1 on my most wanted for this set.

at one point their woman's champion was Frankie Jay who is married to James Jeffries. They are my friends and she is a fellow VGK fan. I hope both Frankie Jay and James Jeffries are in this set.

I was trying to find the specific event I remember seeing him at but I can't find ANYTHING about that event online. There appears to be zero information on it out there. It's kind of crazy. It was called Rampage in Ramsey and took place on a softball field complex in Ramsey, MN.
