I’m already counting down to the next GT set, even though it’s probably a year off. Also I’d love to see another Vintage set though it’s probably unlikely.

Have gotten mine too. Just have to get a new laminator and some sheets before they can be used.

Early for me but I'm enjoying the cards in this reverse order 8. Don Curtis....solid tag guy, some singles potential. 7. Jon Pesek.....fun as an enforcer. 6. Thunderbolt Patterson.....he may end up higher....punchy on offense but so fun with various angles he could end up higher. 5. Gorilla Monsoon.....fell a bit...not as strong as I expected but he and Kowalski are fun as the Monster Factory. (Larry Sharpe for color ) 4. William Muldoon....solid as ever. Will upset several wrestlers but offense can do him in. 3. Roddy Piper.....might switch later but about right for now. Stirring many drinks so far. 2. Kurt Angle...love his card design and great for switching sides when I need someone to do so. 1. Bob Backlund...this surprised me but his card is the one I've enjoyed using most so far and have a great feud with Buddy Rogers brewing.

I have only debuted Backlund, and Angle as The All Americans and Piper.

He has debuted in my WWF fed, and I'm hoping to build him up quickly to have a run for the Title (currently held by Big Van Vader). If he wins the title, I am planning to bring Angle in as a heel to challenge Backlund to prove that he's the "true" American hero, and the greatest technical wrestler alive. Excited to get to that feud!

Good to hear about Backlund, he's on track to be introduced into my Fed at some point in the next card or two. Piper had a great match with Bobo Brazil at my recent spring pay-per view, lots of dirty tricks. This card is a half step below his B&W edition but I'm going to stay with it for now. William Muldoon will be facing Don Muraco later on my current card. His B&W card was good and a lot of fun to play but he could never quite reach the top spots. Thunderbolt Patterson just dropped his debut match to Dick Hutton but I suspect that he'll win his share as well. He's my favorite of the set so far. Waiting in the wings for match ups are Ed Strangler Lewis and Henry Irslinger in singles. Monsoon will be coming as well, just have to think of how I want to introduce him. I'm using the Monsoon-Heenan announcing card so that will mean that both he and Heenan as a manager will be in active competition as well. I've seen a couple of posts now about Don Curtis as a tag guy. I'd like to work him in as well. I'm going to be interested to see who other people team him up with. I don't really have any ideas on a partner for him yet.

I don't really have any ideas on a partner for him yet. Depends on how you want to run things. Stay in Color and Real Life it would be Bob Roop. Don Curtis did team up with Mark Lewin for over 300 Matches between 1958-64. But no Card for Lewin yet. Somehow I could see Curtis team up with Red Bastien or Billy Red Lyons
