Undisputed Champion

I was thinking of creating a undisputed POW title that would be open to all the weight classes and wanted some advice on how to do this. Here are a few ideas I've come up with so far

1. Huge tournament with everyone on my roster including the current cruiserweight , heavyweight, and super heavyweight champions

2. Have two of the champions fight in a best of 3 series with the winner going on to fight the number one seed in a best of five series

Any help would be appreciated

I'd probably try a round-robin tourney with the three winners, just to make it fairer and not give anyone a bye, especially since the competition within each class is so different, but that's just me.
