I am half way thru this and I think the unsub is actually...Quest himself. I mean he has the PERFECT cover. Plus all his finger pointing keeps people guessing AND looking away from him.

so I haven't read the handbook yet...but in looking at the cover, that's an interesting tattoo on the individual's arm that can just barely be seen below the cape...just saying.
