Yeah I know, I remember last year the stuff would be going for like 300 bucks USD, which would be close to 450 for me because the Canadian dollar is crap. |

When I am at Galacticon, I usually bid on at least 1 item. This year, depending on the auction items, I may or may not bid as being on the road for 10 days is expensive and my extra bag space will be limited as I have to pack for 10 days and I am taking my COTG cards so I can try to keep playing and posting my fed every day for 2021. I often travel with my rollerbag and a backpack, but I think I might bring a second backpack for this trip.
But even if I do not bid on anything, I have already helped the Tragos/Thesz Hall of Fame greatly through selling my extra King Kong Bundy color card at a high price and donating every cent of that sale to them (the buyer paid them directly through Chad.) I am not sure many items will obtain higher bids. Ironically it was at a Galacticon auction (in Jamestown 2017) where I submitted the winning bid where I got King Kong Bundy's Limited Edition color Card #000 that allowed me to offer the color Bundy card I already had for sale to help out the Hall of Fame.

I am not sure many items will obtain higher bids. Not sure what you sold it for, but I'm betting there will be SEVERAL things that go for a HIGHER price. Right DKII?? |

Right DKII?? @kevinb, but you have realize that the item sold had no one else bidding the price up - it was a straight sale. I am sure there will be some items that net higher prices, but a better question, will there be official game cards that fetch a higher price? The goal, in my opinion is to reach a higher donation than we had in 2020. |

Well I define "several" by at least 3 or 4 items and that would be awesome as it would be a great day for the Hall of Fame, so I hope you are correct. Edit: Also, as malicelover correctly said it was a straight sale without the opportunity to drive up the price unlike the items available at the auction. I just felt the offer was high enough that I could not turn it down. |
