I usually don't but if I did, I'd subtract one token for each match that took place before the next match for that wrestler.

I carry over fatigue tokens, but I cut them in half for the next round (and round up).
So, two fatigue tokens in one round makes for one to start the next round. Three tokens becomes two in the next round.
Each round it's divided by half, so if a wrestler does not pick up any fatigue tokens in the next round, the number is again cut in half (and rounded up if an odd number). Of course, once a wrestler has one, he will always have at least one for the rest of the tournament.
It gets interesting in tag tournaments where one partner has a number of pin attempts against him, but the tag team wins the match. The next round, it becomes a much harder choice to tag that fatigued partner in, given the fatigue factor the wrestler already has.
All that being said, I agree with the well-known motto: It's your choice, promoter!

I read somewhere a long time ago, that a Wrestler who does multiple Matches (no Gauntlet) on a Show, gets one Token added for each previous Match. Don't know if that works out well?

Actually I was gonna say what Ty said but in SUPPORT of carrying tokens over lol. I get why some dont but I think it kills the realism for me. I do take off one for the break between rounds but I carry over. Cases like Wrestlemania IV should be rare where Savage has grueling matches and then overcomes a more fresh Dibiase (in fact, I had a similar set up and came down to Savage and Dibiase after Savage had a brutal match with Magnum TA. Dibiase was almost fresh in the finale and beat Savage down and took home the title as a result. Savage may have been the better man but that night the dice told their story) But also do what you think works best for you, one thing I have found works or I like might not work for you. Try it out and see what you think. But do you remember how Savages matches went? Look at his opponents and the outcomes of some of those matches, and match lengths. His second toughest opponent might have been that door he had to break down after getting locked in his dressing room before the start of one of his matches. 😉🤣 I get what you are saying though - I actually was real tough with my fatigue but I love the one away per match rule and will be using it from here on out!
