To get my feet wet with my COTG Tournament of Champions starter set, in lieu of a traditional fed, I decided to run a tournament on Merapis that I'm calling the Interstellar Cup. Here's a summary of how I'm running things:

In Round 6, Pool A is headlined by Basilisk vs Mandrill, which is sure to be a slobberknocker. In Pool B, Wolf and Godsend will battle to see who gets first all to himself.
- I'm using all advanced rules.
- I split the 18 wrestlers into two pools of nine. I tried to split the natural rivals in hopes that they would meet in the elimination rounds if they qualified.
- Each wrestler has one round-robin match against each wrestler in his/her pool (8 total).
- All matches are one fall to a finish.
- In the round-robin, wrestlers will get two points for a pinfall/submission win and one point for a DQ/countout win. No points for a loss.
- At the end of the round-robin stage, the top four wrestlers in each pool move on to the elimination rounds.
