With just a little over a week to go it’s probably a good time to make a friendly reminder that every year at GCON there are GCON exclusive game cards available only at the convention.
This year is especially huge because you are counted as attending if you are at GCON virtually.
I know of a few people who can’t make it but signed up to get any exclusive cards that may be at GCON.
THE ONLY WAY TO GET EXCLUSIVE GALACTICON CARDS IS BY EITHER ATTENDING LIVE IN PERSON OR BY BUYING A VIRTUAL TICKET.
THERE WILL BE NO OTHER WAY TO GET THESE CARDS AFTER GALACTICON.
Just want everybody to be aware if you are not yet. We gave away SPIKE a few years ago and he’s a major player on Kronos.
You never know who you might get this year!

Just so I understand this, theres a special card (possibly more than one) that you get for just buying a ticket? That's awesome! It's kind of a nice keepsake or memento for going.
Hey Todd what galacticons have you been to? Well I have an Ilio Dipaolo card that I think was a unique thing. I have a special Lycosa card that has Gcon markings in it. I have an Akuma card. I also have a Nacho Berrera card from another con too! Plus some cards I got through a con including Korr, Walter and El Pantera Negro!
Weird how you can get these cards out and be like hey I went to that con and then your memory gets jogged ... aka like remembering going to Dipaolos restaurant and meeting the destroyer!

Whether you can attend any part of the 2 day con virtually for an hour or two or maybe not even at all because of prior obligations, purchasing a virtual ticket guarantees you don’t miss out on any of the exclusive cards (or any other official giveaway items) found only at GCON. So buy your virtual Galacticon ticket right now! Or regret it forever! |

I leave a week from tomorrow/Thursday night as I am taking the red-eye (for a non-stop flight to Philadelphia at something like a little over $100 I had to take that flight.)
I will get there way too early to check-in so on Friday morning I will probably do something like check out the nearby King of Prussia Mall (the 3rd biggest US mall) and then go see an early showing of Black Widow until more people arrive.

I'm going virtual since I'm going to a local show here in Batavia on Sunday. I think events are just Saturday? Do we have a schedule?

Canada Cup and Galacticup are Sunday. Most of the stuff is Saturday but I'm not sure TM has released the schedule yet.
