I will be there at PWG on August 1st.
PWG needs new tag team champions since the Rascalz are now in WWE. That sounds like a good reason to do DDT4 IMO.

PWG said today that those who had purchased tickets to their Kobe show for March 2020 that got canceled when California shut down will have those tickets honored for this show and thus only a limited amount of tickets will be available and go on sale on Monday night.
I do not have a Kobe ticket as I was not going to that show since it was going to be a very rare Sunday night PWG show so I will have to try to get a ticket Monday night when I am in Ohio.
I have some connections if I am unable to get a ticket before they sell out in minutes on Monday night, but I will probably save them for BOLA if necessary as I do not want to go to that well too often.

I just woke up in Baltimore and my day is already starting off great!
It looks like I have a ticket to this PWG show on August 1st!

Mystery Vortex shows usually (if not always) have had PWG debuts.
Any guesses on who might be making their PWG debut this weekend?

I don't know anything about this Mystery Vortex show, but some random guesses of mine for Sunday's show (my first PWG show since BOLA in September 2019:)
I am guessing with Excalibur's involvement some AEW wrestlers will be on the show such as possibly Darby Allin, Jungle Boy, and other wrestlers PWG has used in the past who are now in AEW.
I am guessing there will be not any international talent from Europe, Australia, and Canada due to travel restrictions related to COVID-19. However, I think there will be some wrestlers from Mexico since wrestlers PWG uses such as Bandido (PWG's current champion,) Flamita, and Rey Horus have appeared recently for ROH and Aramis has appeared recently for MLW. If he is there, I have to tell Bandido I was at Best in the World in Baltimore when he won the ROH World Championship earlier this month.
For PWG debuts, I am guessing Calvin Tankman and Lee Moriarty.
I would not be surprised if there is a tag team match to determine the new PWG World Tag Team Champions since the most recent champions the Rascalz signed with PWG. Since they were teaming together in PWG, I would not be surprised if one of these tag teams is Rey Horus and Aramis. It would also be great to see Injustice debut.
Again, those are just some random thoughts and guesses. I think I have some guesses correct but I am probably also wrong on some of them.
