I listened to this episode tonight on the plane home to Las Vegas. I had to stop temporarily though when the smoke detector alarm suddenly went off on the plane as the noise was deafening and the alarm continued to blare for awhile even after the flight crew found the source of the problem. What caused the alarm to go off was some guy was caught smoking in the bathroom of the plane and the police picked him up after the plane landed.
But it was fun listening to this episode and good to hear from both Mark and Matt. Chad, did you ever post your rules for that scaffold battle royal?

What caused the alarm to go off was some guy was caught smoking in the bathroom of the plane and the police picked him up after the plane landed. What an idiot.  |

I doubt I did anything different for the battle royal aside from having more guys on the scaffold. You're giving 15 year old me way too much credit!  Remember the first time we met, Zeke, at that Mexican restaurant on the strip and fire alarm went off due to burning fajitas in the kitchen? Ah... memories! |

Another home run of an episode. Great discussion. Love hearing about these classic fan created matches and may have to run a Black Hole match sometime. Maybe on the podcast. Chad, I do remember meeting you for the first time in 2008 (earlier that Summer I also met Tim Dalton for the first time as he was here in Las Vegas for the 2008 Olympic Trials for wrestling and judo which took place at UNLV.) The restaurant was Dante's Inferno which was on the Strip in front of the Monte Carlo. But both that restaurant and the Monto Carlo are no longer around as the Monte Carlo got revamped into the Park MGM. I remember I ate the Cuban nachos at Dante's Inferno, they were great. |
