The Legends Ringside Companion also had 3-Way/4-Way Rules and Battle Royal Rules (with charts), but those perhaps don't fall under the definition of "grudge match."

The Promoter had rules from the Legends Team for a World of Sport Match and Ruuk's Rules Match--it's up to you whether you want to deem those "official."

Since LOW team members made them and they were part of an official FG online publication, I always considered them official. We also released Penalty Box Match rules in the online Promoter. throwingtoasters, let me know if you need those rules.

I know it wasn’t official but didn’t Chad Olson submit a scaffolding match to the newsletter that predated the Promoter Newsletter? Promoter Spotlight?

I think that match could also work - if you aren’t excited by the other options.
