Chad and I saw him (as the Trooper) win the AWA Tag Team titles with DJ Peterson from the Destruction Crew at the last AWA ESPN TV tapings. I was such a fan of Global on ESPN the following year and loved the Patriot. RIP.

Another big Global fan here. I've actually been rewatching it lately, and yeah, The Patriot was the MAN in the GWF. Also great in the team with Bagwell, and had a good albeit short WWF run. I hear good things about his time in All Japan, but I've not seen it. Only 59, such a shame.
