I know my local post office offers some envelopes for purchase that have two pieces of cardboard in them, and I've been able to slip up to 2 sets of cards into them. I don't figure they'd be able to bend that. Just an idea for something to meet his needs.

If you are in the military (I am guessing that), the postage shipping rates for sending items to a APO *should* be the same shipping stateside for standard mail (they were back in the day when I was stationed overseas). It's been a while, but I don't think they do priority or express to APOs without up-charging a lot...the major difference is time for the mail to get delivered. Again it's been a while, but standard mail should be standard mail. (But, yeah give Tournament Master a shout to confirm.) It is the same rate and I can send priority mail for the US price...which I did here. The main difference is that I need to fill out a customs form...which is a pain in the Billy Gunn. Thanks as always Todd!

“A pain in the Billy Gunn” - this slayed me! Was wondering if someone would pick up on that.
