Ran a battle royal tonight and had a ton of fun. Thought of two questions I’d run past fellow promoters. These could apply to COTG and Legends, but I’m putting it in Legends because that’s what I was playing. Anyway...
1. If tag partners are both in the battle royal, do you use tag moves/finishers? I never have until tonight and it was a lot of fun. THE BUSHWHACKERS made a couple eliminations with their tag finishers. Just wondering if anyone else does that.
2. When tracking win/loss records, do you give the winner of a battle royal a win in his regular win/loss records? I do give the winner a win but I do not give all the other entrants a loss. Just curious what you do.

Yes and yes. Getting eliminated from battle royals never hurt the undefeated streaks of Andre the Giant or Tatanka, so in my view it shouldn't really count as a "loss."

I never really knew how to handle battle royals as far as w-L records, but I've always considered a WIN and I didn't count the others as loses. Usually with a huge stipulation like a title shot or something!
Sometimes I do points standings for wins and loss records, with battle royals getting a bonus points for winning & number of eliminations!?

I track a specific tab just for Battle Royals, and they do add to the total columns for total matches and wins. Which kinda.... Idk.
But I play a lot of them. And I've always used Werner's Battle Royal charts. I feel like those are considerably better than any other one I've tried.
