What is the full explanation for deathjump 10-B? I'm using the updated abbreviated version posted here but it doesn't seem to make sense. It shows "Foe roll count out, if not then roll level 3 offense. How can that be? What is the full paragraph

The updated one comes with the ringside companion deal
