After several attempts at getting an Indy fed up & running, the release of LotF : Second Fall has given me the talent needed to FINALLY get this thing going the way I've always envisioned... The EVOLUTION of Professional Wrestling is now... Card 001 The Arena Philadelphia , PA *VOD Taping* OTV LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT, ROUND 1 Johnny Kashmere (with interference from Trent Acid) d. Trent Black with CRADLE BREAKER Scotty Vortekz (with interference from Dustin Lee) d. Delirious with GUTCHECK Jimmy Jacobs d. Trent Acid with THE END TIME in a wild contest that saw Jacobs spit on Acid to begin the match; Jacobs get into an argument with ring announcer Louden Noxious during the match; Noxious then distracted Jacobs while he was covering Acid, which was followed by Jacobs attempting to use a railroad spike on Acid, which thankfully, Acid avoided! Chuck Taylor d. Mike Quackenbush with AWFUL WAFFLE OTV ULTRA-VIOLENT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT, ROUND 1 (ALL MATCHES FOUGHT UNDER HARDCORE DEATH MATCH RULES) Justin Credible d. Brodie Lee by pinfall after connecting with a 3rd SINGAPORE CANE shot, as well as hitting Lee with 2 metal pipes, 2 chairs and the timekeeper’s bell for good measure! Steve Corino d. Timber with OLD SCHOOL EXPULSION, after hitting Timber with 2 chairs, a metal pipe & the timekeeper’s bell during the match Drake Younger d. The Sandman with DRAKE’S LANDING in a relatively calm match that did see Younger land a low blow to avoid being hit with the Sandman’s Singapore cane Necro Butcher d. Sabu following perhaps one of the most heinous acts ever committed in a wrestling match, as the Butcher smashed a pane of glass over Sabu’s head before scoring the pinfall! NON-TOURNAMENT MATCHES April Hunter (with interference from JD Michaels) d. Sara Del Rey with a POWERBOMB Daizee Haze d. Trinity Denucci with THE MIND TRIP Ultra Mantis Black d. Arik Cannon with JAPANESE OCEAN CYCLONE SUPLEX OTV HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT, ROUND 1 Erick Stevens d. Ricky Landell with SARASOTA SCREWDRIVER Claudio Castagnoli d. Brent Albright with RICOLA BOMB Eddie Kingston d. Adam Pearce with LARIAT Chris Hero d. JD Michaels in a free-for-all in which Larry Sweeney distracted referee Todd Sinclair while Michaels had Hero pinned, followed by ringing the timekeeper’s bell later in the match when Michaels again had Hero pinned! Not to be outdone, April Hunter tried unsuccessfully to distract Sinclair on Michaels’ behalf, before being chased around the ringside area by Hero, who used the CRAVATE BUSTER to finally secure the victory

Card 002 The Arena Philadelphia, PA *VOD Taping* OTV LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT, ROUND 2 Chuck Taylor d. Scotty Vortekz with AWFUL WAFFLE in a match that saw Taylor, who usually gets into it with the crowd, get into a verbal altercation instead with ring announcer Louden Noxious, who once again interjected himself into a match, nearly costing Taylor a spot in the finals Jimmy Jacobs d. Johnny Kashmere with THE END TIME to earn a spot in the finals of the tournament, where he will face Chuck Taylor, with the winner becoming OTV’s 1st Light Heavyweight champion. This could be interesting, as Louden Noxious, who got into it with Taylor in our opening match tonight, also got into it with Jacobs at our last show! Considering the personalities of these two, Noxious would be wise to stay out of the action! OTV ULTRA-VIOLENT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT, ROUND 2 (BOTH MATCHES FOUGHT UNDER HARDCORE DEATH MATCH RULES) Justin Credible d. Drake Younger by pinfall following a Singapore cane shot in a match that actually saw Credible take more punishment, including a light tube over the head! Credible now earns a spot in the finals against the winner of our next match… Necro Butcher d. Steve Corino by pinfall following a series of head butts in a wild match that featured a potpourri of weapons, including chairs, pipes, and for good measure, a staple gun, that helped determine the outcome. Necro Butcher, fresh off demolishing Sabu at our last event, will look to take out one last ECW legend when he meets Justin Credible in the finals, with the winner being crowned OTV’s 1st Ultra Violent champion! NON-TOURNAMENT MATCHES Sara Del Rey d. Daizee Haze (with interference from Delirious) with BUTTERFLY POWERSLAM April Hunter d. Trinity Denucci with THE HEADHUNTER OTV HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT, ROUND 2 Eddie Kingston d. Claudio Castagnoli with a YAKUZA KICK in a come from behind effort that saw “The Last Of A Dying Breed” survive not 1, not 2, but 3 Ricola Bombs! Kingston moves on to the finals of the tournament, where it’s quite possible he could face old nemesis Chris Hero, pending the outcome of tonight’s main event… Erick Stevens d. Chris Hero to advance to the finals of the tournament against Eddie Kingston, with the winner being crowned the 1st OTV Heavyweight champion! Justice was indeed served when Larry Sweeney, attempting to interfere on Hero’s behalf, received the most vicious of clotheslines from Stevens, who followed that up with a DOCTOR BOMB on Hero for the 1-2-3! Stevens practically annihilated Ricky Landell at our last event & made such easy work of Hero tonight, one has to wonder if “The King Of Diamonds” stands much of a chance against what is quickly becoming arguably the most dominant force in OTV!

Claudio Castagnoli with BIG BOOT Sara Del Rey d. Trinity Denucci with BUTTERFLY POWERSLAM Brent Albright d. JD Michaels with a NORTHERN LIGHTS SUPLEX in a match that saw April Hunter distract referee Paul Turner while Albright had Michaels covered and interfere again later in the match before Albright scored the pinfall OTV ULTRA-VIOLENT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT FINAL (MATCH FOUGHT UNDER HARDCORE DEATH MATCH RULES) Justin Credible d. Necro Butcher by pinfall following a SINGAPORE CANE shot to become OTV’s first ever Ultra Violent champion! Credible raised the ire of the fans (& perhaps OTV execs?) by coming to ringside in an ECW t-shirt, which he promptly draped over the OTV UV championship belt following the victory, which caused the fans to litter the ring with debris! OTV LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT FINAL Chuck Taylor d. Jimmy Jacobs with SOLE FOOD to become OTV’s first ever Light Heavyweight champion in a match some might consider an upset OTV HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT FINAL Eddie Kingston d. Erick Stevens with BACKFIST TO THE FUTURE to become OTV’s first Heavyweight champion! The odds may have been stacked against the “King of Diamonds”, as Stevens came into the match on an incredible roll, but Kingston indeed proved to be “The Last Of A Dying Breed” in a dominant performance that saw him take home the championship gold. One can only imagine what must be going through the head of Kingston’s old nemesis Chris Hero…
