Godsend had his planet invaded by Overmaster.
Overmaster sits as the Judge?!?
Demon Godsend lied! First time or SECOND time? Doesn't matter, proves he's a liar.
What did Demon Godsend show ENDGAME under the cover of darkness, that made him leave the prosecution desk?
Then come back as bosom buddies.. All cleaned up with his wounds healed or FAKE ones removed.
There is a MUCH larger conspiracy here, that wants Godsend removed from the playing field.

Not long after VR84 is seen walking out of the court taking his time as Valuna Vesper meets him half way. (Valuna): "Mr.VR, any chance you'll tell me and the viewing universe on how you voted today?"-- (VR)" No dice Mrs. Vesper, but I will say this, What we witnessed here today was a clown show! I've never seen anything like it. Now if you'll excuse me I have a promotion to run thank you..."---VR84 takes his leave when Valuna calls out to him again! "Can I get a lift to the spaceport!?!" VR doesn't respond as the space cab jets off, the media hounds swallow up the ace reporter as a new day approaches...

My vote is casted. It's a shame that Endgame never presented what Demon Godsend showed him under the Cover of Darkness or had Demon Godsend describe the events of that night.
Godsend was cocky throughout this whole trial, until Demon Godsend was recalled to the stand by Endgame. Then his whole attitude changed, if he would have been innocent then he would not have acted like a guilty man desperate to lash out at everyone. I don't think Endgame would cohoot with his enemies and lie just to put an end to Godsend.
