We are joined by Chad Allen of the IndyKast, Zeke Gould ( Vegas ), Michael Lipinski ( MHardcore), Joe Mikos ( j ), and Ty States ( tystates ) for a jam-packed episode of indie wrestling goodness. We start with a round table discussion on the current state of the indies and our favorite promotions and talents and even toss in some of the biggest news of the past week in all of wrestling. That all leads us to the main event of the evening: the Indies Tournament to determine a card for Q3 Promoter Prime! You're not going to want to miss out on the tournament filled with some inside info on signings, names to watch, and, of course, the name you can expect to see in Prime! Plus all our usual fed business and announcements in the opening bell. WebsiteAppleGoogleSpotify

This podcast was a lot of fun. Thanks to all the panel. The tourney winner was not what I expected, but I'm happy with the result.

Would be fun to do this sort of "tournament" for a legends pick at some point too.

I am glad I was able to be on the show while in Texas. My first time and it was a lot of fun. Looking at the names in the tournament if asked at the start I would have said Rickey Shane Page is probably going to win. He's an update that people have wanted and fitting into the deathmatch release gave him that extra boost to win a spot in Prime.

I enjoyed this episode! I'm not a deathmatch guy, but RSP is a deserving winner, and I'll look forward to seeing him wreak havoc in my Indies Prime fed in the months to come. It was also fun to hear about some names that we can expect in future sets. I'm especially hoping Josh Alexander gets his new card soon.

Another enjoyable episode. Loved the panel discussion. It is a group I have given many likes /thumbs up to for their comments on the forum, so it was great to hear them on the podcast as well bring so much to the table. The 3-3 votes got to be a little nerve wracking for me, but it did show I was really invested in what I was hearing. The dynamics between new vs. re-do, theme for the set vs getting wrestlers into the game, and regional vs national awareness which are discussed a ton on the fiorums all were here and came through in a very enjoyable way. I think the winner makes a great deal of sense, but I also like Sam’s notion that there are some great names here that an expanded prime set might look good for in the near future.

Great job to everyone on the panel... Those were obviously some tough choices with all eight wrestlers more than deserving their places (and updates) in the game. Sam Fain - Thank you for nominating the number one guy on my indy wish list right now... I have no doubt we'll see a card for him in the near future. I also wanted to make a quick comment re. CM Punk's return... For a long time I was as much of a Punk fan as anyone... In fact, Punk is the reason I started watching wrestling again after taking a long break... And a few years later, I started playing COTG again... So, in a weird way, I've gotta say that Punk is indirectly responsible for me rediscovering the awesomeness of Filsinger Games! Crazy, I know. I became very disillusioned with Punk as a result of his attitude towards the industry and the fans... That being said, I watched his appearance on AEW Rampage and felt that his words were extremely genuine... I think the world has forgiven countless entertainers for things that were a whole lot more serious than anything Punk has ever done... So as far as I'm concerned, it's a clean slate... And I'm excited to see what happens next.

I enjoyed being a guest on Roll Up again this past week.
It was particularly really difficult for me to cast the deciding 7th vote to eliminate Tasha Steelz but I think RSP was the better choice between him and her at this time to go along with the upcoming deathmatch set especially since there is at least 1 other Q3 Indy Promoter Prime card that will also be a deathmatch wrestler. I have already started working a little on the update for the tournament winner Rickey Shane Page.
