Hello. Are there commissioners in Origins 2136? It's my understanding that it's Massif and Sam? Or are thet FDF managers? If so either way, are there available cards for them?

Massif and Dark Menace are co-commissioners but there isn’t a commissioner card for them.
Massif and Sam have a manager card massif manages The Liberators. Sam manages the FDF. They have a card in COTG prime 2018.
