He was definitely heel. He seemed like the de facto leader for the stable Young, Dumb, and Broke group, and they were always interfering or pulling shenanigans in the ring.

yeah, Jordan Oliver was a heel in CZW
but in MLW, Jordan Oliver and Myron Reed have been faces as they had been teaming up with Calvin Tankman and feuding with Contra
Also, based on what I saw this weekend in Chicago at both the BLP show and at GCW's Art of War Games show, it looks like Oliver is now acting like a heel toward Nick Wayne in both the 4 way match (Oliver flipped off Wayne during his ring introduction) they were both in at BLP and after the ladder match at The Art of War Games (Oliver spit water in Wayne's face after the match.)
Jordan Oliver is thus someone that could easily be used as either a face or a heel, but I personally think he makes a better heel than a face.

And you know what, in this day and age, What is "good and evil"? Everyone has a bit of both and the lines get blurred of if you're a heel or face. One wrestler likes this guy, but doesn't like some other guy. It's really about selling the drama and creating interesting matches. I feel like Jordan Oliver is VERY GOOD at blurring those lines and just being himself! I hope he gets a big contract somewhere where he can shine as his bad self! He's really golden on the mic when he's allowed to be a dick! LOL.

Yeah the face turn in MLW wasn't really a turn as such, kinda just seemed as if it happened from going up against contra. To me he's more like a tweener. Not a clean cut face or a outright heel. Hell of a talent though and personally think he has a bright future
