My cards came in fine, but I also did not receive charts.

My cards came in fine, but I also did not receive charts. I would venture to guess that they were not supposed to be included in the set. They are just the original ropes, turnbuckle, ring, and deathjump charts that come with the original boxed set of LOW of COTG. We've all got them, and probably have them in duplicate (at least. I've got four now). They're making the sets availible as part of an entry-level game for the fans that attend the Northern Outlaw Wrestling shows (cards, charts, and instructions). It would seem likely that some of us accidently got the entire game by mistake as opposed to just getting the cards that we paid for.

An honest evaluation and critique of Legends of the Future: Northern Outlaw Wrestling:
Cons: All the cards are not cut right. That is the first thing you feel when you get the set. The Referee Nate card especially. Also, the Referee Nate, Patriot III, Dirty Ernie, and Benny Blades cards are all on different, glossy, stock compared to the rest of the set.
Pros: The art, as usual, is great. The stats, while all are jobbers compared to LOW and most LOWF wrestlers, are well balanced. Usually people want to stack their own creations (or in this case, people they know and are promoting), but Eddie does a fantastic job in avoiding this pitfall. If you take these guys to the LOW, then can become feeders, but if they go back to NOW they are competitive.
Conclusion: If you are expecting a “Filsinger” product then you will be disappointed. However, if you are expecting a promoter bootleg, then you will be excited about the set. This set can really fit nitches the LOW is missing. First, these guys can be your every day jobbers. Second, these guys could be updated in the future. I think one of the draws from LOW is that the wrestlers are rarely updated (Jimmy V and Ted DiBiase the exceptions). Overall, it is your expectations that will determine if you like or dislike this set.
