As of this writing only 1 match announced has extreme rules and that is roman vs the demon.

I'm sorry but they hype this as the most extreme night of the year and are leaving it til 5 days before the show to announce a single stipulation?

Yeah, they seem to be phoning it in with this one. Maybe it's a symptom of going full corporate and having the "it's the brand that draws" attitude. I think you'd have to go back to the days of the In Your House PPVs to find a show with this little advance build. Maybe not even then.
