There’s no debate whether the line will continue. No worries.

With Early Classica and everything I actually had a COTG fed that ran from 2074-2124 but then I lost most of my stats on paper during a move in 2010 and my history was gone.
But with the release of these color card sets from the earlier years, I restarted my fed calling it a color card fed and so far I have played out these years:
2087 through August of 2090 (I have 2091 in color but I am waiting until December when I go back to Europe as it is easier for me to travel with COTG instead of with LOW or Indy (fewer COTG cards and I am not an online player.)
2125 through 2135
2136, January through August
Centra 2115 through August of 2116, I will resume this fed this week now that I have the new set.
Whenever a new COTG color card set gets released, I will play an annual 12 shows from it and then resume my LOW and Indy feds.
And to prevent me from losing my COTG stats again, I now use the fed forum here and the title histories here for an electronic copy and just periodically print out the latest updated title histories as a backup which is much easier for me to manage and keeps my fed history more secure as previously keeping everything on paper for me turned out to be a disaster (no pun intended as Disaster was a multi-time champion for me.)

I love that the sets are being re-released in color and new art. I just wish the sets would be released 2 per year. It is going to be 33 years by the time we would get to the last black & white set (2124, I believe).
I will be, literally, 80 years old at that point.

Tournament Master, does that two mean that we will be knocking on Sudden Death's door?

Well if we get 92 and 93 out of the way, that's next.

With some of the older sets going out of stock on the store front, it would be best if they started bringing out more and more of these sets as time goes on.

Again, mystmotone101, I think it all is about the "will they or won't they" factor. Maybe more and more folks will go toward this way as they are introduced to the game, but if you have a starter set starting at 2125 and then you only have to buy like 12 additional sets to be current, then what are they more likely to do? I get where the folks at Fed HQ are going - and if newer players really want these sets to continue, then buy buy buy in 2022 when 2092 and 2093 could be seeing the light of day!

Cannot wait to see the reimagined Chaos and Dreadnaught when this does happen (or was Dreadnaught 2093? Memory is hazy). These sets have been great to breathe new life into the old cards. I guess the classic cards will mainly be the vision I will always have of the characters in my mind. I've known that art for so long. But I am almost as excited for these as a new set when they get teased and then released
